Unfortunately, the BK8 representative decided not to answer the question of what point of the T&C I broke.
So to sum up the situation, bk8 appropriated 7k euros, hiding behind some abnormalities in my bets. Interestingly, my bets were so abnormal that for 7 months of betting they didn't attract anyone's attention, so they must have been very strange indeed. It was only suddenly at payout that they turned out to be bad.
All this despite the fact that I was only betting completely casual tennis and league of legends bets.
At the same time, forum users think that everything is ok, because bookmaker has every right to do whatever it wants and additionally suggest that I definitely did something wrong (despite the lack of any evidence). I admit that this is probably even more frustrating than losing that money.
It's indeed a humiliating feeling that a big fish can slander and rip you off, and you can do nothing about it, and on top of that you will be portrayed as the bad guy.

There is some explanation to this, I suggest everyone reads the T&C as it is a thing that you must do, and it is true that the casino doesn't have any obligation to explain what was actually happened. There has been a lot of bigger wins than the amount mentioned here and all is good.
Well ok, they probably have points in their T&C allowing them to behave this way, but what would you do if you were me? Just shrug your shoulders and acccpet that they took all your winnings because the terms allow them to do whatever they want? I want to at least try to get my funds back, especially since I have no clue what I did wrong. |

Hi! By the way this was not the first time I saw a problem like this some users have the same problem in other casinos they are called playing match fixing.
I have played hundreds of bets, all for similar stakes and all for big tournaments, how could I be accused of match fixing? Ideally to make a report, you should attach a screenshot so that other users can identify your case and see if you are on the right side or not

Hello everyone,
It is with sadness that I would like to complain about BK8 company. A few days ago, without giving any reason, they closed my account and appropriated all my winnings totaling about 7000 euros, paying out only the deposit (3000 euros).
I had been playing for more than half a year, betting only on tennis (mainly big ATP and WTA events) and leauge of legends (big tournaments like LPL, LCK). After initial failures and losing all funds, I made deposits several times and everything was fine until the great streak of the last month after which I ordered a withdrawal of 1000 euros. A day later, all my bets were canceled and the company only allowed my deposits to be withdrawn.
I can't think of any explanation for the situation, I didn't play any niche leagues, I never played the wrong/error odds, I didn't take any bonus. Simply out of nowhere the bookmaker decided to confiscate my winnings, while not even trying to explain anything to me. Livechat refused to give any details hiding behind the terms and conditions.
As I can see from the above posts about sponsorship, the company is growing brilliantly, all the more surprising and sad that they decide to behave so dishonestly like some small scam company.

Hello everyone. Today at 5:07am GMT I sent 0.0517 btc from Gdax to BitStamp, transaction has now 44 confirmations, but it is still not credited on my BitStamp account. I am sure that address was correct, I copy it from BitStamp and double check. So what could be the reason of that delay (lost?)?
