Not sure that bitcoin might hit 100k, even 50k (although it is more realistic). My prognosis is that bitcoin would recover first to ist December position (about 20k) to this summer  and might reach about 30-35K to the  end of year.

But in general, all our predictions (and predictions of some kind of experts) is simply a fortune coffee telling, nobody really knows)

I think it's difficult to recommend something which is better. Simply because the situation changes rapidly, and the alts that were attractive an hour ago, might not be the best choice to buy them right now.
Also depend on what a person is looking for. Is it for a long run investment or he is more interested in a short run.

I probably not very lucky with buying coins)) As an example, I bought litecoins when it cost about 25$, so I was waiting, waiting, waiting and the coin didn't  go up)) So, I sold it. Next day, maybe the day after the next day, but it jump up to 45$ approximately) Again, I bought it and began to wait, I guess, I was not patient, so I sold it again   Of, course, after that, it went up to 90$ +-
I decided not to waste my time to this coin, so invested in bitcoin. Here  I was more luckier, maybe more patient and was rewarded with a good profit in December  

But I do not give up, I am still interested in this subject.

Because of the bitcoin's instability (there are so many different "expert "opinions about it, but nobody really knows what will be with it tomorrow, imo) I've decided to try my my luck again and to take a look for other alts.
That's why I came to this forum, to get more info, to learn more about it. Who knows, maybe I find something interesting to invest in it))

Well, I sold a part of my BTC, when it cost 19k $ in December, 2017. And I bought many-many good things for my family and myself as Xmas presents))

Hope, BTC would up till the next Xmas and I'd have again possibilities to buy many other pleasant things for my dear people to make them happy.
What I wish to buy, I won't tell because it might not come true if to tell everybody, so it's a secret

To be positive and to have a good mood, I try to stick to these rules:

a) have enough sleep
b) take a walk everyday for an hour at least
c) eat a piece of dark chocolate  
d) less being online and all that internet stuff activities  

there are many many other advice to stay positive, but if you follow these 4 for a week at least, you would notice how negative aspects become less and less in your life.

Guess, it might be a fraud, I mean they might not pay at all for your participation. So, be careful when you see such invitations, when newbies without any ranks are required, probably they just look for naive workers and you would get nothing at the end))
I think, serious startupers with a strong bounty promotion search for more qualified people (so to speak) having fully-developed accs in fb, twitter and on the forum here.

I think it will be used as a payment system, that's for sure. As an example of my belief, I'll tell a real story from my life.
Last summer, in 2017, I decided to buy a TV set from an internet shop, it's an official local inet-shop in our country, where I usually buy electronic and tech.devices. So, after I ordered the TV set, I was offered to pay for it. I was really surprised when among other payment methods (cash, bank transfer) there was an offer to pay by BTC    I wish I had took a screen of it As a proof ((
That's why I strongly believe that the bitcoin will be used more and more as the payment system in our everyday situations. However, as one of threads to payment failure is time required to confirm trans, guess lots of people would not like to wait for it))
