Wide adoption by one big company is all it takes. It will happen in time

Interesting angle.
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a bubble - Nobel Laureate in Economics on: January 27, 2014, 10:59:22 AM

Have any other currencies (irl) seen a bubble effect? A revolutionary currency is quite different to the standard stock/share bubbles!
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Why bitcoin is very different from Ponzi/Pyramid/Bubble on: January 27, 2014, 10:57:11 AM
I'd love to speak with someone who said it IS a Ponzi.

171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90 BTC stolen! on: January 27, 2014, 10:04:44 AM
Goodluck my friend. Really sorry this had to happen to you. Stay strong and keep trying to track him down.
If you fail, simply do something extra in your life you would never have done before, use it as an opportunity.

Then you can say, well "if I didn't get 90BTC stolen" I wouldn't have had an amazing life changing experience in XYZ/ met XYZ / did XYZ that I always wanted to do.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: concerns about ethereum's fundraiser on: January 27, 2014, 09:25:22 AM
If I'm honest I see it failing at first. I do however have hope in the coin and feel it will come back strong after the initial failure, they are just being to ambitious right now.
173  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach $10,000 one day ? on: January 27, 2014, 09:17:37 AM
No. Never. The value of Bitcoin will reach 3,000 max in the next 3 years. Then the value will dissipate into alt coins that are faster and don't require a unit such as 0.0001 for a cup of coffee.
174  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best *averaged* BTC price website? on: January 27, 2014, 08:53:17 AM
How does coinmarketcap compare?

179  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Poker Site on: January 27, 2014, 07:42:57 AM
If you can get a version made in flash (or mod an existing flash poker player) this could blow up, you should reach out to big sites for a partnership.
180  Economy / Services / Re: Could you write a guide about bitcoin/alt coins? on: December 19, 2013, 06:57:03 PM
@deepceleron I would love to hear your explanation of spamming  Roll Eyes

@BitcoinFr34k No, I need guides that collate information from various threads.

@W-M Thank you for the only helpful reply thus far. I'm looking for someone who could cover any area for our members Smiley I'm specifically interested in the 100+ alt currencies and more concise info on each and the pros and cons.

As mentioned if you need that bit of extra motivation I can offer a small monetary reward.
