1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Hazard's altcoin creation service. Want your own coin, but cant code? on: January 06, 2014, 06:52:44 AM

I've had a few people PM me about this, so here we are.

Perhaps you have no idea how to program, but want to create a coin. Maybe you want a fun coin to use amongst your friends, or you wanna make some money off it? Now you can live the dream! For a reasonable fee I will design, create, and compile your own custom altcoin according to whatever specifications you provide. After that, you are free to do whatever you like with it. Provide your own graphics, or I'll design them for you for an extra fee. No one has to know that I made your coin, but positive feedback in this thread would be great.

I've been doing this the longest out of anybody here, and have either launched or overseen the launch of over two dozen coins. I know how to make your coin a success. Development will start immediately after payment, and a final product (source + windows binary) will be delivered within 24-72 hours. PM me for pricing and availability, or use the contact form: http://cryptolife.net/contact-hazard
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [MEOW] KittehCoin Logo Contest on: January 04, 2014, 08:18:18 AM
KittehCoin is a coin with a fast growing community and has sprung up as a competitor to DOGE. Right now the logo for the coin is o-k but we want something better. Trying to run this straight and simple:

1. Contest ends on Caturday Night 1/5/2014 @ 12am US/EST time / 1/5/2014 5am UTC. Winner to be chosen by Monday 1/6/2014.
2. The "best entries" as chosen by the kitteh community will then be voted on in a poll-thread.
3. The winning entry will become the official KittehCoin logo (with the blessing of the KittehCoin dev team of course) and the winning designer will be paid an unnamed bounty to be found in the wallet: 1u2LJbXvSKq3NVJe8QFHzsP1fv8ehVqbo. It will be at least 0.06BTC but may be more if my kitteh comprades donate! There is no upper limit!

For reference here is the current "official" logo which I get a very strong sense everyone wants to update. We want something more meme-like and less childish:

Also please try to use a kitten. Kittehs are lil kitty kitten kitty cats. Cats are grown "adult" cats. We want a kitteh on our coin please. Thanks for all who enter! Suggestions more than welcome. Please try to incorporate the MEOW currency symbol.

To get people started here is a simple PSD I created for my own entry, feel free to use it to craft your own!

What ways are there to earn Bitcoins that are not mining or buying them ?  Guess what I'm asking is are there jobs that pay in Bitcoin ?
Y'know earning the good old fashioned way, honorable, away from the games of speculation and all the sordidness that comes with that.
If people had ways to earn Bitcoin other than using a country's currency than maybe these so-called powers couldn't manipulate their laws to accuse bitcoiners of whatever they think up;  laundering, etc.
