I just downloaded and installed Potcoin wallet-qt for windows and is says 9 weeks behind, no block source available... is this a problem?
I think there was a mention about d ns servers a few pages back and that they were working on it or something. Read back early 130s late 120s i think you will find it. Potcoin the user mentioned it maybe you ca search his posts. |

You may have misread. This is not speaking about the whole bitcoin industry, rather just BitPay. Why does it even have to solve a problem? They are attempting to solve a problem, but that doesn't mean they will. The bitcoin payment processors are black balling the marijuana industry just like banks. Potcoin wants to solve this issue, the investors know this in advanced. It may happen. I like to use potcoin as my tipping coin of choice. Its way more fun to smoke someone out with some POT than too toss some doge for btc someone's way. |

FUD, why 24 hours before the mintpal announcement POT was trading under 1000 Satoshi and there was a pump likely because of the mintcoin addition could have just been a coincidence. That link you provided talks about the 3 days after being added to mintcoin, well since it has been on mintcoin it has not gone below 1100 satoshi which it was at 700 satoshi a less than 3 days before hand. The way I see it mintpal has elevated the Potcoin floor. |

Yes, I am not selling. I have seen so many whales buying in at 25 level few days back. Mintcoin@longterm is the way to go! I did some someone snatch up 25 BTC worth of mint at 25 satoshis 2 or 3 days ago. I went ahead and removed my 19 satoshi order and bought at 25 with him on a different exchange. Regretting my lack of patients at this point. I do however feel like whales have been buying this coin though. |

OK but new people start mining everyday too, and current miners constantly upgrade their mining power. I just find it concerning potcoin isnt growing especially since 25 mh of the 750 is from me. That's down to 725 it just doesn't seems popular. I'll sit on my 200,000 potcoins and just hope for the best
Funny, I leave when the hashrate gets too high, and come back when its low. I leave only when it more profitable to mine another coin , price/reward , I couldn't care about the difficulty. I am long on potcoin and don't plan on selling any time soon I would prefer the most coin for my hashes instead of the most btc/fiat for my potcoin |
