Metrekaresi 150 TL civari tarla nitelikli araziler var. Denize 500 metre.
Burayi alip kücük bir ev yapsak, yürüyerek denize gidilemiyor; Cünkü her ne kadar denize sadece 500 metre ise de, yükseklikte sahilden sonra hemen artiyor ve 500 metre mesafede yükseklikte 500 metre cikmis oluyor. Gözüme carpan nadir dezavantajlardan birisi bu.
Ama kafa dinlemek icin, tabii ileride imar gecerse ve oralara villalar yapilirsa, önü sürekli deniz arkasi sürekli dag/orman manzarali güzel bir yer olacaktir.
1000 metrekare bir tarla icin simdiden 150 bin TL de iyi bir yatirim olur mu pek bilemiyorum. Bu para ile sehirlerden arsa alip satmak daha mi mantikli acaba.

Das Portfolio gefällt mir gut für den Anfang: Ich frage mich auch seit geraumer Zeit, welche Coins ich mal aussortieren sollte:
11% BTC
21% ELIX
13% GBYTE
3% IOTA
7% KMD
19% NEM
4% WABI
22% WAVES
Mein Portfolio hat sich etwas verändert; aktuell sieht es wie folgt aus: 30% > BTC 22% > WAVES 13% > NEM 10% > ELIX und folgender Kleinkram: 6% > PBT 5% > NEO 5% > WABI 3% > KMD 3% > BNB 2% > DIM 1% > ETH Wenn ich jetzt wieder etwas kaufen würde, würde ich ELIX kaufen - oder vielleicht noch BNB und/oder NEO. Aber ich lass es jetzt mal und warte auf den nächsten Hype - kommt sicher im Sommer:) |

I also bought some PRL's because of the snap. But after the snapshot I sold them and now I'm waiting for my SHL's. That will certainly take a few weeks. Let's hope she will develop SHL well. The market is already recovering.

I sold my Oyster and wait for the SHL's. The market seems to be recovering, prices are rising. At the moment I want to wait. Have great hope in Waves and Elix for this summer ...

If someone has PRL on Kucoin, in a sell order, is that still included in the snapshot?

Since the agreement between KuCoin and Oyster for the SHL airdrop was not finalized until this past Friday and given KuCoins busy schedule and limited available development resources, April 6th was not going to be a feasible date to have proper preparations made for the SHL airdrop on the KuCoin platform. Only about 1400 blocks to the airdrop. I have now increased my PLR inventory a bit. On average, I paid 0.0016 eth per PLR.
What awaits us after the airdrop? What are the chances for PLR and SHL?

Meine PRL habe ich ja total vergessen... Hatte vor ein Paar Wochen auf Kucoin welche gekauft... Die liegen immer noch da.
Muss ich sie jetzt in eine Wallet ziehen oder unterstützt Kucoin den Airdrop ebenfalls?

Am 15. April spätestens sollen die Tokens ja verteilt sein. Voraussichtlich 50 Mio. Stück?
1 ETH = 400 STE = etwas mehr als 1 USD pro Token.
Um den Bonus zu erhalten, muss man ja wohl mehr als 2,35 ETH investieren?

It's a kind of crypto-twitter  Unfortunately, this feature is not used much, so the comments are empty for almost all coins. Simply download the app, log in and get started.
