For that maybe they found some fraudulent activity on your account but if you are sure you didn't do anything for purchasing crypto well better to talk to their representative since for sure they can solve and give an advice on what is the best thing to do with your account.

There is no TOS violation on my account. As i've completed the verifications recently. Here you can check the related thread from reddit . many people are getting same issue with no reason. Support saying to use only p2p method for trading crypto. You can buy using Mastercard.

If you want to continue using Binance, then I suggest you buy and sell using their p2p exchange.


Thanks for your suggestions. After multiple requests, i almost got the same reply.

"After checking, we regret to inform you that your payment channels are not available to deposit Fiat currency into your Binance account at the moment. We may not be able to reveal any particular reason due to the decision of the bank and the payment channels. However, if you wish to make deposits or withdrawals in Fiat currency, please consider using P2P trading."

Is there any way i can enable Buy Crypto via the MasterCard option? I'm using Payoneer for buying.. Or this restriction is for new accounts?

Also check if you're part of OFAC's sanctioned/high risk countries cause if you are, it's probably the main cause, check paxful list about it: List of Banned Countries, OFAC

Better move this to exchanges too

I'm not using any vpn and Binance is working fine here in my country.Yes i've completed my both personal and Address verifications two days before.

Old members are using the buy crypto feature using Payoneer MasterCard and it works. In my case i'm getting "Risk Account Detected" Error.

I'm getting "Risk Account Detected" error on Binance while buying crypto via card. Any solution? personal verification done. Address verification also completed.

Error i'm getting is "Risk Account Detected
Sorry, you are not able to purchase crypto because you didn’t meet Binance security Terms of Use and Internal Policy."

I sold an expired domain and the client said he has the only option to pay and that is via cryptoamity wallet. i received funds but for withdraw i lost my own $600 BTC just in the process of verification.  Cry

I sold a domain to a client. He said he has the only payment method and he can only pay in cryptoamity.ltd wallet.
so I received money from him about $1k BTC. Everything was good till then.

After that, i contacted the support of Crypto Amity to withdraw funds to blockchain wallet. They said you need to verify the external wallet address. And for verification, you need to send 0.02 BTC  from the external wallet to the crypto Amity exchange wallet. I did that not once but 3 times and the total amount was 0.064 BTC.

When I tried to withdraw my funds to the same blockchain external wallet then again there was an error for insurance. I came to know that I've to pay more 0.05 BTC to my Crypto Amity Wallet as insurance if I want to withdraw my all funds to an external wallet like Blockchain.com etc. And they will return this amount after 7 days to my external wallet.

so I've some questions?

Cryptoamity.ltd is a real exchange or its a scam? Does anyone know about it?

Is there any way to withdraw funds from it. They Scam my of about $600
