Hi everyone, this is my first time mining so I may be doing something wrong.  I'm using ubuntu 13.04.

This is from the getting started page:
Configure your miner. Start your miner using the following parameters:
URL:    http://qrk.coinmine.pl
Stratum PORT:    6010
Username:    worker_name
Password:    password
If you use a command-line miner, type:

        minerd -a quark -o stratum+tcp://qrk.coinmine.pl:6010 -u worker_name.1 -p password


If my username to the site is USER, my password to the site is USERPASS and my worker name and pass are WORKER and WORKERPASS, what comes after the -u and -p?
