One thing I can suggest is that when buying/selling, take whatever number is put into the field. What I mean is: for example, on MtGox, if you put up an offer to buy 1BTC @ $10... the website may automatically take as much as $11 from your wallet. In my case, a while a ago I wanted to buy at $19 per BTC, but for some reason, MtGox took $19.72 per bitcoin and I was like WTF!!
So there's an idea you could fix...
Do you think maybe that includes their commission cut of .67% or so? That could be it, right? Or no? I have yet to trade with them, myself. Too many problems so far. Im pretty sure thats just toe commission, although they really could be much more transparent about it, i had to go to the bitcoin wiki to find out what the commission was on mt.gox, it doesnt even seem to be on the site anywhere.

My Message for Mt Gox Euro transfers seem to have changed; The add funds page is showing me a message the same as my old one but with a hash "#" symbol in front and a letter appended to the end. It looks more like some kindof database glitch than anything else, also it wont even let make the transfer with the hash symbol in the message anyway. Anybody else seeing this?

I can sell about 2 tries out of 3 currently, but I cannot seem to buy at all. this seems a little premeditated, no? supply and no demand = prices fall from 31 to 24

It worked fine for me about 22 hours ago, last time i was online, im still getting the console lines at the bottom and the trades are comming up in there like normal, its just not generating a list of the trades in the main part of the page.
PS. I sent a donation before, because this is awesome.

Find out if the payment has been processed, If you use online banking this info should be easy to find, otherwise, call your bank or drop in. The SEPA Transfer should take max 3 days, i think that time limit is part of the SEPA system, i could be wrong.
Main point is, i've made 4 SEPA payments in the past 9 days, large amounts, all went through in 1 - 2 days, and Mt Gox processed on their end almost immediately.
make sure you've used the correct message, If it turns out that you've not, i suppose you should email mt gox about it, but thats probably where you'll run into trouble what with them being so busy.

Im not paying super close attention, but I think its been around this time of day that the last 3 or 4 major value increaces have occurred. This is 11pm - 3am GMT (my time) or Evening time in America; Is this a massive influx of American demand as they with deep pockets come home from work to do a little trading?
