Hey guys im a long time Bitcoin miner but I'm new to the forums. I purchased a series 1 btc coin (worth 1BTC) from a buddy on an IRC chat. I have held onto the coin for a long time as a trophy however now I decided to let it go. I stopped mining (will sell ALL my old gear. PM for details) and I don't really admire the coin any more plus it is one extra think I need to take care of, so I'm going to sell it to someone who will take care of it.

Like I said it is worth 1 BTC and it is a series 1 coin (2011). Fully loaded w/ Error. I would like it gone before Christmas so I can buy my wife a nice gift so I will let it go for less.

My experiences in the irl trade of bitcoins was the use of trading wallets. He payed money and I gave him a paper wallet. He scanned it with his phone app to check the balance. Hope this helps!

No you're not late. however you will need some investing ie. GPU and other stuff to turn a profit on mining. If your not up for it look into other crypto currencies. May not have a big worth but prices always increase! Have fun mining!
