Also I search for referral link in your web site I couldn't find it, do you have any plan to include that in the future,? I have some friends that need to trade in your website, if there's no referral link, there's is problem either. Thank you for listening my advice and creating this comparison with Changelly, and I think you should share something like this on your social media. Nakitcoins has clear advantage for faster speed, coins can't be frozen, there is no need for passing kyc verification and you have otc service. Changelly has been existing much longer so it's nothing strange if they support more coins, and I heard about ChangeNow and SimpleSwap but I never used them myself. I never heard about ChangeNow and SimpleSwap, but it looks to me that they are somehow affiliate to changelly but with higher fees. One more comparative with Mixers this time... I wouldn't Call our NC SWAP a mixer, but a "Anonymizer" would be more appropriate since we offer BTC <> XMR pair !  |

Hey nakitcoins, today I wanted to try to use the crypto2crypto Coinswap. I don't find it possible to change the sending coin from bitcoin to one of the other supported ones. Is it just me? Below I am attaching a screen of my browser  I am unable to change the BTC sending coin: I only can change the receiving one. Unless it's happening also on different devices, it might be possible your IP got restricted like you said, since we do have some securities to avoid (Hacks,bruteforce etc...) wich limits the amont attempt or rate limits abuse... Nope, that won't help. I forgot to mention in a previous post that I tested with multiple browsers. Same thing. Also, it is worth noting that not only one IP address is being blocked. My connection has a dynamic IP address assigned to me by my provider which is reset at least once in 24 hours. Also note that our server may not block your IP, but Cloudflare wich is in the middle and filter all the requests might have stored your IP in their network so the issue would happen on any website behind cloudflare. Nakitcoins don't charge deposit fee. Do I get it correct? In the situation when Nakitcoins has to proceed refund to users, in above situation, I guess the refunded amount will be deducted with withdrawal fee and transaction fee, right? I think it is fair enough for users. Our Online exchange has no restrictions, all Transactions are welcome (Coinjoin,mixed coins,etc..)
It is good and can attract users as I know many platforms have restrictions on such transactions. Some crypto gambling sites have their tools to detect CoinJoin, mixed coins and want to protect their platforms won't be compromised as a destination for money laundering. Your open approach is good as not all people who use CoinJoin, Mixed coins are fraudulent or criminal guys.
For our online service, more particulary the Crypto-to-Crypto Service, Turkey Laws do not consider Bitcoin as a legal currency nor an asset. Currently, the BDDK (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) has provided an indication that Cryptocurrency does not fall within the scope of Law no. 6439 on Payment Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions. So if it's legally not a currency nor a asset, how could someone determine that a Cryptocurrency exchanged to another Cryptocurrency can be used for money laundering in our country ? Our Crypto to Crypto service is restrictionless and the law rules in this favor.

As stated in your ToC "In case of the transactions made by users are considered suspicious, NakitCoins shall be entitled to refund the funds transferred by the users." What are the criteria for determining whether a transaction is suspicious? Will CoinJoin transaction, for instance, be considered suspicious?

This part of our ToS is mostly concerning the Cash handling at our offices, let me give you a exemple : Let's say you want to purchase Bitcoin with cash physically at our offices, and you are handing over ''Tainted Bank notes'' wich could be ''Security Ink" or "Blood or whatever" wich would give us some sort of suspicion, then we will deny the transaction. This actually apply for any form of physical business in Turkey. Our Online exchange has no restrictions, all Transactions are welcome (Coinjoin,mixed coins,etc..) The maximum amount to buy bitcoin (with CASH) is 4 BTC, is it the cap for every month or for the lifespan of each account? It sounds great in theory and I think many people would be interested in this service and 4% is reasonable fee, but I am just wondering if this is going to work for all countries and cards in the world. What are people going to get on their card bank statements, that payment was received from who and for what exactly? One more thing, I tried to register and test how account creation works but I never received confirmation code and I tried it several times. This service is just 4% including (Exchange+payment processor ''Visa or Mastercard" to transfer the funds on the card) Concerning our OTC in person service for "Crypto to Cash" where you pick the money in person at our offices, you need to create an account, you just need a email.
