2) Refund - When eth more 200 to 300 USD people invested some ICO now they are stopped and started refund now Eth price 95 USD .
3) Some ICO announced Soft cap reached successfully later their also follow this kind of refund method .
ex:
Trecento , Humancoin ,Vanig and etc.

- there should be limit for KYC requirements e.g like if an investor wants to buy 10,000$ worths of tokens upward then he or she must go through KYC ,just saying

If you are being cheated, maybe you should stop investing during IСO? I think that the IСO in the form that we now know them will soon cease to exist and we will see something new, under the auspices of a common regulator. |
