They have closed the site but have started emailing customers private keys for the coins they have stored on the exchange. I can confirm I have been emailed private keys for some of the coins I had stored there.

They are gradually working through all the coins they had on the exchange, so the process will take some time. They explain everything in this tweet, and there is also a link to a document with a detailed explanation in that tweet.

Once you have been emailed a private key for a coin you had o their exchange you have to download and install its wallet. After you have synced it you can import the private key they emailed you into the wallet. After that your coins should show up in your wallet.

Thanks for returning our coins Swisscex, I incorrectly thought we had all lost them.

I believe BTC and LTC are gone.. but I read they have shitcoins wallets KARM etc.. why they do not give these coins to owners? It is best options to say.. someone stolen my money.. bye.. but we do not know what really happen. Mintpal was really good exchange, I stay with them even if they was hacked first time. But I can not understand why they make business with moolah. If something so risky is in plan, so back up all wallets, or send coins to owners and is is everything OK, we can choose to send coins back or not. that is all.

When I checked my MintPal V2 account today for the first time this week...
ALL of my balances were correct exactly as I left them with MintPal V1.

But it states that XMR wallet unavailable... and BTC wallets is "undergoing a rebuild".

Even though I got about 50% of everything out...
My account now states original balances = wrong in my favor.

Is anyone able to transfer any coins?

i think its too late to swap them

a friend of mine withdrawald his coins before.. then all of a sudden 2 different coins appeard. He also tried to withdraw those coins too.. and he got them.. lol

So many coins seems to be missing now because of withdrawals that wasn't suppose to happen.

Do you have any screenshots of the old one? I don't remember how it looked..
