Right on! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Thanks again!
There is something else wrong, my Paspberry Pi handles 4 Hexminers and 1 Butterfly Labs.

I have an unused LC-B250SFX 250W PSU power supplies, is this suitable to power a single Avalon2 HEX16A2?
+5 & +3.3 Combined 105 +5 & +3.3 & +12 Combined 235 +12 16A peak
The option for compiling Avalon2 HEX16A2 driver is --enable-hexminera --enable-hexminerc , is true? Now i try to use a thin client with linux but next week i was planning to buy a MR3020.
Thaks in advance Luca
--enable-hexminerc is enough Made sure you pass to cgminer default-miner as c.you can read change log first Confirm Unlike previous patch, on latest patch you can enable HEXC without HEXA. with e447b697d90c4d1e4c6a2dc8bd9bfc3eab23115f i still have to use --enable-hexminera am i using the wrong patch? That is the right patch. Did you get cgminer directly from git? git clone https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer.git
yes and patching worked fine. When the patch does not fit the cgminer source you normaly get errors while patching.

Hi,
i have a 25GH/s miner and saw that is has space for 8 additional chips on the motherboard. Is it possible to add them? If so, where can i order chips, are more chips beside the bfls needed and does the firmware need to be upgraded? I think i saw an article on that topic but i do not find it anymore.
Bye Michael

same problem here, only solution was to turn 12v off for a short while. :-/

Yesterday my 25GH/s Miner from Butterfly that mined at about 26,5 GH/s went down to about 21 GH/s, now i saw with bfgminer that 2 chips aren't working anymore. Any Hints on that?
Bye Michael

btcminer84, you are very annoying, i had 2 orders with technobit and all is ok. They are not very professional regarding customer service, but they are for sure not scammers. Please stop this spam!

i configured 1000mV when then HEX16A2 went down to 5GH/s, at the moment i configured 1100mv and it did not happen again yet. Maybe it the lower voltage could make it unstable!?

Same error here but one from six board. Helps only when i shut down the psu. Other five board work well with 20gh. Hi,
my HEX16A2, which was delivered on thursday, went down from about 20HG/s to 5HG/s last night. It did that for the third time. I have a powered USB HUB and a 600W power supply, that is only for this miner. Restart of cgminer does not help, when i turn off the 12v and then turn it on again, the miner goes back to normal work. Is there a command to reset the miner hardware?
Bye Michael
No Idea on that one? You can test the problem board without usb hub to see the behavior. Did the powered usb hub use same power source as the miner? What is your usb hub brand? Some of us encounter problem with usb hub that use stt chip. It had the same problem without hub, direct connected to the pi, that was why i added the hub.

Hi,
i have a butterfly labs 25GH/s miner running since some month. It had an average mining rate of 26GH/s. Now my hexminer HEX16A2 got delivered from technobit and i hooked it up to the same raspberry pi. It took some time to understand that 1 cgminer can't support both miners, so i compiled 3.10.0 for the butterfly and a patched version for the hexminer. They both run at the same time, load of the pi is very low and the network isn't overloaded too but my hashing rate on the butterfly miner went down to 24,5 GH/s. Does anyone have an idea of what could cause this?
Bye Michael

Hi,
i downloaded cgminer 3.8.5 and patched it with the patch from technobit. Then i did a configure with ./configure --enable-bflsc --enable-avalon --enable-hexminerc
When its done it shows me: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cgminer 3.8.5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Configuration Options Summary:
libcurl(GBT+getwork).: Enabled: -lcurl curses.TUI...........: FOUND: -lncurses
Avalon.ASICs.........: Enabled BlackArrow.ASICs.....: Disabled BFL.ASICs............: Enabled BitForce.FPGAs.......: Disabled BitFury.ASICs........: Disabled Hashfast.ASICs.......: Disabled Icarus.ASICs/FPGAs...: Disabled Klondike.ASICs.......: Disabled KnC.ASICs............: Disabled ModMiner.FPGAs.......: Disabled

Installation...........: make install (as root if needed, with 'su' or 'sudo') prefix...............: /usr/local
I don't see a hexmierc option and the miner, after i did a "make install" does not know the hexminerc options ->
cgminer --hexminerc-voltage 900 --hexminerc-options 16:540 [2014-01-16 16:12:09] cgminer: --hexminerc-voltage: unrecognized option
can anyone help with this?
Thanks Michael
Now i managed to compile it with the exact version pulled from the git repository and autogen but is it really true, that the hexminer patch breaks the butterfly support? So i have to compile 2 versions and let them run at the same time? Bye Michael

The answer about late shipments is the same We are working on catching up. I'm not able to answer with exact day for each order , so I do not. Our support stuff is doing this. For now We are 4-5 business days late for December deliveries and shipping every day. No more info @ the moment
Best Martin
The problem is, that the support does not answer. People are worried because they don't get information.

Dear Marto,
on your Website you state that the batch c was shipped till 6.1., our order was in batch b from the 4.12. (Order Number BAYJUPGXI). This should be shipped since quiet some time now, doesn't it? Can you please explain where the problem is. I am worried.
Bye Michael

Hi,
are people really getting miners? I ordered 3 with 3 colleagues from the december batch and still no sign of shipment. I don't want to know how long my second order with own chips will take, i think with all this delay the money was wasted. :-/
