You are looking for someone to put in 8½ hours, 5½ days/week for $300 per month while also expecting them to do an excellent job.. That probably won't cut it for you to get anyone reputable or the best at what they do.
We look for commercial representative on forums and the success is measured in sales, not the number of useless posts made. It's not a Bounty. Salary is a least remuneration that we offer. As always in sales interest matters more than any fixed payments. But this is something we discuss in private communication. |

Red trust is not a top indicator for us. Messaged. You are free to select anybody and not all neg trust make people untrustable for a specific job. But recruiting somebody that got negged for Ponzi/Hyip or promoting fake ICO do not look good fit. Did you escrowed the salary of eligible candidates? With my huge respect to this forum, I don't take too serious all these ranks and scores. When you buy a reputable and clean account here, it does not mean you become more trustworthy. For some reason some people tend to say "YES YES", but in 5 minutes they start ignoring messages. And it goes out of the blue. Anyway we still look for Forum Manager (@dtbagency (https://t.me/dtbagency). Answering your question, no we don't escrow funds. It is our policy. We do not fraud people. If there's no trust from the begining, it is not worth to start. A simple example. We were looking for people who would shoot 3-5 minutes long videos about different crypto topics. Payment only after video had been done. Despite the fact that conversion was low, we managed to find quite many people, convience them to cope with us and we ran that campaign very successfully. The customer was satisfied, all the people got their money. Moreover we had couple of people who failed to comply with our rules. We could have reject them, but we still paid and encouraged them that next time it will be better. Many people write us about Forum Manager vacancy, but so far noone was serious / ambitious / trustful enough so we would start. But we want to believe...  |

Вы сами напишите (ну что бы понимать) в любое американское агентство, или зайдите на форум, или в соседнюю ветку на этом форуме, естественно загнивающих тупых пендосов (как говорил любимчик росиян Задорнов) и сравните сколько они платят за работу которую вы предлагаете. Те кто умеет это продвижения и представительства на тематических форумах с целью увеличения продаж делать, отлично знаю о расценках, а те кто не знают, их переманят после первой же активности, естественно предложив большую сумму. Знаю одно рекламное агентство, где сама основательница, лично занимается подобной работой, потому что нет людей и потому вынуждена отказываться от заказов! Какую же оплату предлагают тупые пендосы? Например для новичков которые нихуя не умеют? От 20$ в час + карьерный рост, вообще любой рост, директором-директоров могут назначить в первый день, естественно % от заказов и не 1% как у вас, + переезд в загнивающий пендостан на ПМЖ (что актуально для тех кто хочет свались из Мордора) всё что угодно, нужно только начать работу, даже если нихуя не умеешь, еще лучше, не надо переучивать и вытравливать стереотипы, особенно у тех кто продвигал сайты в быдло яндексе по принципу "развивайте сайт" --------- Если вы ищите тех, то будет работать на росиянохохлятском рынке, то оплата должна быть увеличена в десятикратном размере, потому как дело придется иметь с конкретными идиотами, которые хотят за 100$ раскрутить свой многообещающий писнес. Рабочее время: неделю работает, две недели восстанавливается, потом опять за работу и так пока не слетит с катушек. Вы переволновались и перепутали всё. Не 1%, а до 15%. Про "пендосов" и другой ваш личный опыт ничего не понятно, но об этом лучше в другой ветке. Попробуйте Новости или Политику. Спасибо. |

Видимо людей смущает +8 часовой рабочий день и то что надо работать всю неделю и за 300+%. Многие же хотят именно совмещать и делать работу "в-то-время-когда-им-удобно" и получать за это хорошие деньги Мы не против. Пусть работают хоть 1 час в день, главное результат. Но по опыту, чем больше свободы и доверия, тем хуже. |
