When I first started I'd sell almost immediately - but now I like to just 'set and forget'.  Don't even bother going back to see how much they are worth till next year!

I don't necessarily agree with the concept or the intent of Ripple.  But if I can make money trading it then I'll do it.  That being said - there are plenty more profitable alts out there to trade.
