wow that is scary, wonder how they got your number. Was cryptsy hacked and they got peoples personal info?
This is quite possible, it is also possible they accessed the number used to send out messages but even then where did they get my number from that would be some serious back tracing. I'm trying to dig a little deeper to find where the servers are located so far I know this is the host which is a reseller using reseller club: http://www.myorderbox.net/en/ It seems they do infact have a hold of cryptsys information as I have now received an email from support@cryptsy.com with basically the same as the text message(edited post on page 103 for more details) |

Just don't leave any money there. They aren't being forthcoming. Anything you leave there, you should be prepared to lose.
THIS IS NOW A CONFIRMED PHISHING ATTEMPT: https://twitter.com/cryptsy/status/687125569159467008Weird - I just got a text message from the same number that sends out Cryptsys two factor auth code with this message:  I would take EXTREME caution when entering any details on websites that have not been confirmed ie the link they sent me( don't enter your cryptsy details as there is no actual confirmation that this website is even owned by cryptsy) I checked it out and this is a screen shot of the page.  Cryptsys website still looks the same probably still accepting deposits. I don't want to speculate but if this is malicious then they have access to a phone number I use which is unsettling. EDIT: I have now received an email from support@cryptsy.com with the following: Again please be cautious with any links you may click.

First and most important i wish a very Happy New Year to all Casinocoin enthusiasts. I hope all of you and your loved ones have a great 2016! I am pretty sure casinocoin will contribute to that by being the rising star of the 2016 crypto world. I have had a very necessary time of for the past few weeks but things will pickup again from now.
Work is going steadily on the walletserver/mobile clients. Let me explain a bit what i am doing, ... i am extending the current C++ casinocoin core sourcecode to make it possible to use the current blockchain code and be able to plugin to that any wallet file that is needed. I want to have the user to decide if they want to leave the wallet file on the server, the client, or both. That way we move the blockchain away from the actual wallet and a user can potentially use the same wallet on a desktop client, browser or mobile client. To make this work i have to ensure that the wallet code is capable of high load with a high concurrent wallet count and stays threadsave and stable. The communication with the clients will be through message queues (RabbitMQ) and all security and rest services will be build on the WSO2 stack. Using the message queues will also help masquerade the actual walletserver location from the clients. Clients will include user accounts, OAuth and 2FA, probably with an added extra personal security token on top of that. As you can see, a lot of work and i am still targeting Q1 but this is by no means a hard deadline ....
Currently i am the only developer for Casinocoin, ... mabe Felix will help out a bit more on some features for the wallet but still it would be nice if there was some more help from the community on the development side of things, ... my workqueue is kind of big at the moment. If anybody has C++/Qt or mobile development experience with Ionic/Cordova/AngularJS and is willing to spent some time on development please contact me.
Hi Andre thanks for all your hard work and best wishes for 2016 to you as well! I don't feel comfortable changing any of the codebase using c++/qt so ill leave that up to you, BUT what I can do is work on the AngularJS side of things as I have built several applications with the framework(< 2.0). I haven't used Cordova, but have dabbled a bit into the Ionic framework. Give me a shout and we can talk further can always post on the slack too! |

This is what Cryptsy is currently doing with CasinoCoin withdraws and it's making me furious since each time they are just getting more and more fees from you.
Each withdraw takes about 5 minutes to process and I receive the coins just fine BUT each withdraw get's divided by 2 into two halves, where:
Half 1: Goes back into your Cryptsy Account.
Half 2: Goes to the withdraw address you provided. (YAH, but only half ?)
So I thought okay maybe I tried to withdraw too many coins(less than 50k).
Went ahead and withdrew 5k coins and the same thing happened.
So to withdraw 50k CSC atm you'll lose approx 1000 CSC on extra fees from Cryptsy because they're system is processing only half of the requested amount.
Has this been happening to any other users at Cryptsy ?
Things are now starting to be VERY fishy and I can no longer vouch for Cryptsy at all even though I have traded there for a few years. As the others have said I urge you to move your CSC off Cryptsy.
Alterdice, or Alcurex are both great exchanges(plus dice at alter) that I had dabbled with before but will now be using instead of Cryptsy.

I just withdrew 18k csc from cryptsy. Transaction posted about 1 min afetr I submitted it. So you cans till get CSC out of cryptsy.
I moved 30k today from Cryptsy as well, no problems luckily. Sent you a PM too! Casinocoin Poker is back up on a different domain to make it more CasinoCoin friendly.

Possible yes but it will never happen. We can not add gambling directly from the wallet due to possible legal problems .... Ajochems is correct and although it would be a great feature it might deter some people away from downloading the wallet/participating in the trading Casinocoin because they are not aloud to gamble in their jurisdiction. |

Website may be off or down for a few hours. My server crashed and I lost quite a bit of data luckily I have backups but there taken every friday.
I'll get the links updated in a few hours after all this is sorted out.
I can provide a vps for the casinocoin.org site if you'd like The links aren't updated! Casinocoin I would take the vps offer from GoldSeal. Also, can You give GoldSeal or ajochems access to site so the website update would be quicker if needed! Ajochems and I funded a server in Europe. The bill is paid up for 1 year already. This server is to support the wallet and all remote content management features. If possible, we could move the site there. I have some time this week if you need assistance in setting up on that server. It's already/has been on a dedicated server no worries, I'll have those links updated tonight just finished recovering several clients websites and data. I can get GoldSeal or Ajo access later on tonight as well just have to setup another user! |

Done and done. What do you think about revamping the top post ? I could throw together some new buttons and shorten down the post a lot. As well one thing that we need to start on as a community is the documentation because if one or two tried to accomplish the documentation on their own it would be a long long ride before we see it finished and polished. I can cover a few topics in the general section as well as the network and wallet etc, but I would prefer person(s) more knowledgeable in these aspects to do the write ups on blockchain tech, the wallet information, transactions etc etc. We don't need anything fancy just clear to the point definitions and explanations of the various aspects of Casinocoin - images help readers A LOT when there is lots of text. A rewrite is fine, but still need all the links etc. For docs, do you think we could put a wiki up? Also, Ajochems would like to have access to the twitter account if possible. He's interested in getting this integrated with the wallet. Everything relevant and important will still stay no worries, A wiki is a great idea! Can you add this to the top post for the thread. The subject should be updated to reflect the new version number. BTW, some people have been asking about the website. Have you made recent progress on finishing the site content?
That I do i'll push the updates tonight, and get you access to the github repo its currently private. I'm also thinking we should overhaul the front post it is quite long and once the site is updated most of the content will be redundant (if it was possible to have dual access to an account I would have done it along time ago). What do you think? |

I have got to say Ajochems, I think I can speak for the community when I say the work you put into Casinocoin is more than appreciated. The new wallet looks AMAZING, modern, easy to use, great to look at, animations, live info tab, and more.
Especially love the rotating sponsors and the exchanges listed under the info tab.
One little thing about the wallet, it's small but is there a way in the QT environment to change the cursor on hover ?

As we progress forward we need to contact these big name Casinos specifically ones who are interested in cryptos like Satoshibet and encourage them that if Casinocoin was accepted by their business it would bring in new customers and business. Scratch that Satoshibet abruptly closed its service two weeks ago

Alright I think the website is ready to be seen by the community! You can view it here: http://production.casinocoin.orgA few things to note: -Everything can be changed, if you don't like anything or think you have an idea to make it better PLEASE speak up! -A few pages still are not finished, and some Links don't point to the correct place. (will be fixed don't worry) -CSS sheet is very unorganized, but ill take care of that. -A few items need to be removed, some JS, some old HTML that has been commented out etc -You can get a feel for the translations by using the french option. If you are french terribly sorry if google translate made mistakes. -Lastly a number of features are missing from this release, and will be added at launch. One example: Statistics page for the Network. -The price index will take a few seconds to load give it time, this keeps the navigation speed at maximum. -If you find ANY errors, or things not working as expected with the site please let me know as the templating, and translation routing was all created from scratch. What we Need: -Feedback, Feedback, Feedback. -Translators -> Multiple for each language so someone is not making us look like fools. -Ideas, Give us ideas on how to make the website better ( especially the homepage it seems dull) -Help with the documentation and code examples. If you have knowledge in programming &/or Casinocoin/Blockchain tech please let us know.
