Looking to start a bitcoin atm in Ontario canada, could someone please advise me of the legal aspect as well the information from the operator ie robocoin

The funding is there, and my friend just wants some detailed information.
He has 0 bitcoin would he need to purchase x amount to fund the atm or does it connect to an exchange?

I did mention to the owner of c-cex I may be able to reimburse the casinocoin lost during the whole discrepancy but the amount lost exceeds ten fold what would be reasonable in my mind)it was not myself who left casinocoin to die so I'm very sorry for your losses.
