1  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Polish Debit Cards (Anonymous BTC to Cash!) on: December 07, 2013, 07:02:06 PM
I am selling WBK Zachodni Bank issued Visa Debit cards that can be used at any ATM worldwide that gives the designated currency and accepts Visa. They are very good to tie to a bitstamp or other bitcoin websites to anonymously turn bitcoins into cash.

USD, Euros, GBP, and PLN currencies are available. I have cards that work in Canada as well. These cards can be tied to a Polish paypal account, and the bank does accept deposits with mismatched names.

The cards that I ship to you are from Poland and straight from the bank (the bank however only ships to Poland, so we have to middleman it) so it is impossible we are tampering with the cards. You will receive the original envelope from the bank with the sealed up temporary pin and all the information. You register the cards online using fake polish information from fakenamegenerator or anything else. They do not verify the information in any way, or ask for a picture of an ID.

The cards come with an online banking setup, and each card has an individual IBAN number that accepts bank transfers and so on. You however cannot send a wire/transfer with these Polish accounts.

USD Visa Debit Card:
Maximum balance: 1300 USD
Daily ATM: 200 USD
ATM withdraw fee: 3 USD
POS purchase: Card balance - up to 1300 USD
3500 USD per year limit
Price: $80 each

EUR Visa Debit Card:
Maximum balance: 1000 EUR
Daily ATM: 150 EUR
ATM withdraw fee: 2 EUR
POS purchase: Card balance
2500 EUR per year limit
Price: $80 each

GBP Visa Debit Card:
Maximum balance: 800 GBP
Daily ATM: 130 GBP
ATM withdraw fee: 2 GBP
POS Purchase: Up to card balance
2100 GBP per year limit
Price: $80 each

PLN Visa Debit Card
Maximum balance: 4000 PLN
Daily ATM: 500 PLN
ATM withdraw fee: 7 PLN
POS Purchase: Up to card balance
10,000 PLN per year limit
Price: $80 each

Shipping worldwide is free, express shipping is an additional $15, and EMS shipping is $60. I will provide a tracking number but the tracking number does not do anything once the card leaves Poland, so all you will see is "Shipping Via Poland" or something. I will refund any order that does not arrive within 1 month.

Will answer any questions you might have, thanks!

Edit: Escrow accepted

is that a BRE bank from poland? i have a card from them that lets me pay online but it doesnt let me withdraw money any comment on it will be highly appreciated

so support is not in touch with you at all ? because thats whats happenening to me they dont even try to locate anyth ..they just dont answer at all ...in your case they are at least in touch with you ?
YES

i consider myself scammed of my $2000

i opened a btc-e account, saw okpay as the lowest cost option to fund my account (big mistake) so i used okpay, opened an okpay account, then i sent my wire transfer of $2000 - that was 30 days ago as of this writing, i still do not have my money

i repeatedly asked about my wire transfer where it is what is the status i got 2 vague responses that their finance dept is checking.....etc.. not telling me anything concrete, okpay have since stopped answering my support tickets, their tel. no. is an answering machine, their address in british virgin island - out of reach for a scammed customer like me

i posted complaints in forum.okpay.com and they immediately delete my complaints, so are other old complaints i read before i place my complaint, they cleaned up their forum from any complaints every hour i think since i place a post there

now having experienced okpay, i ask a question, why is it an option in btc-e, this scammer company an option to deposit in btc-e, then i stumbled today on this article http://www.coindesk.com/btc-e-exchange-banking-issues/

this article basically tells me to give up already on my money its gone

now for additional info based on my small experience on bitcoin - okpay is used by both btc-e.com and mtgox.com

i'm surprise this scammer company okpay used by mtgox as an option to deposit

i also noticed mywot.com is easily manipulated by the army of okpay to give okpay a green color when you use mywot - mywot is useless if you want to check the reputation of companies like okpay

probably after a few months, okpay will change their name, since its army cannot fix anymore all the negative post out there
