XHV was the same a fork with few word changed
Fork works that way.
If SAFEX was a not fork it will be understandable that users are left with no wallet for almost four months,
or without MAC or Linux wallet for long period of time, it will also be understandable that the documentation will take longer to write.
But SAFEX is a fork of another coin, dev only needs to replace MONERO for SAFEX and compile, SAFEX excuses are that developer needed to take holidays.
They use the cryptonote Tx and RingCT from Monero to hide the origin and the recipient of the Transaction.
Well that why they doesn't need to touch a lot of things, XHV do mostly the same they add some new modification but that not a breakthrough 95% of the code is more likely Monero, in case of safex maybe 99,95% (I didn't check in that case, anyway Monero allow it)
Maybe they took time because they had cops on the tail? Anyway the wallet twm is buggy slow and feel more like a beta test on the mainnet (linux version) and need technical expertise to make it work, but at least they have something to show, now let them the time to fix it.
