Because you can't change the private key, which means, that the seller can still access the sold address and there is no way in hell to prove that he_she can not. Unless it's Jesus, I wouldn't trust anybody in that regard. And even Jesus might pull some "money is evil" stuff, I guess. The date is pretty much confusing, it took me minutes to figure that the ICO will start on April 25 to March 24. Can OP be updated as to how much had been collected so far? Seem like the Breaking Bad idea where Gus Fring monitors Mr.White and Pinkman. The logo of this token I assume its derived from that series. Exactly! Braking bad!
