Yes, most of the ICOs are trading in exchanges are below ICO price. And few of those 50 to 60% below the ICO price.
I don't think these prices can grown up to at least ICO price in coming days or lifetime.

If you strongly believe that is a really good project  you should hold it for long term. Once listed in any exchange surely the prices will jump then you can exit if you want.

If continuously falling people will ask why is falling daily... I say this is an opprtunity to buy. If market goes up day by day then dont think just it is time to sell your investment and gain profits.

Its a great time to buy right now because of the dip. Just invest in projects you believe in and have a good team and tech behind it and HODL until the market goes bullish. I'd rather do this than sell at a loss right now.

It's very hard to say. The problem is that there are many tokens which of them is worth hodling for long? apart from already established ones, I belief you have to make a thorough research about the token, it's whitepaper and how it's gonna be a solution to a project.
