Price slowly ticking down on Yobit. Will be interesting to see what the price goes to when people can actually deposit LCC.

The private key did not work for some reason, and when I would check addresses there was no BCH showing on it either.
However, this is what ended up working:
1 - Sent all coins to another wallet (thanks LoyceV), this is the safe thing to do
2 - Downloaded Bitcoin ABC on another PC
3 - Loaded it until it was up to date
4 - Swapped wallet with old bitcoin wallet that is now empty, but had coins in at time of fork
5 - If you sent your coins out, it will show 0. Go into transactions. Right click and select Abandon Transaction for all post-fork transactions.
And then your BCC is right there. This should work for anyone that was having issues with the Coinomi method. Make sure you have enough harddrive space when doing this files are very large.
Thanks I was worried I would not get my BCH but step 5 is what I needed to fix the wallet.

I started it mining again and one board just throws 100% HW errors. I am guessing that is the one that is having issues. I will have to figure out which one it is and unplug it.

I have a setup that was running fine in the past. I can get it to run on the older version of minera but eventually it stops responding but still mining. Then eventually it quits mining. I was excited for 0.9.0. However when I connect all my gridseed blades and try to restart the miner to get them going it just sits there updating. I have them on usb hubs that you can turn off/on in banks of three. I can get minera to start on 15 of the 18 blades (9 miners with 2 blades each.). I thought maybe it was one of the blades causing issues. But I tried isolating them by sets of threes and they seem to all work. Any help would be appreciated. Edit to add this is on a RPi 2. I ordered a RPi 3 to see if that helps.

Does any of the developers see a chance of an amnesty period where people who missed the wallet exchange window could get their coins back?
Unfortunately, No. All remaining coins on the new blockchain which were not claimed through the swap period were burned. This was done to ensure that the process was transparent and that no inside profiteering occurred. Details of the coin burn process can be seen here: https://www.whitecoin.info/coins-have-been-destroyed-by-op_return/I hope you can understand the upgrade was done as a necessity to keep XWC alive and we do empathise that this has had a negative outcome for some, but we feel this was the best course of action as otherwise it would have meant a negative outcome for everyone. - Blitz It is seriously a hard pill to swallow knowing the coins I lost are worth about $10,000.00 now.

so that means i lost all my Coins? not just me but i am sure theres more people that didnt know about this? i know dark did the same but i was able to recover them and convert them into dash, any solution for XWC??
Unfortunately yes, you have lost your coins. The swap was fundamentally done because the old blockchain had become unstable and very vulnerable to attack. We had to upgrade or else we would not have been credible and been de-listed from all exchanges. Which would have killed the coin for all. We do understand that some people did miss out and unfortunately all we can do is empathise as coins which were not swapped were burned: http://explorer.whitecoin.info/tx/40dde674cabedf588bf970e7d6e97cb1ebb35b205eccde2b45329954852969b8We did our best to inform everyone between January and May when the swap was completed and have had very few people miss out. I know this doesn't make things any better for you but it had to be done for Whitecoin to exist at all. - Blitz I also missed the swap. So there is absolutely nothing that can be done? I know it was not a lot but I had 80k coins that I lost.

I have been very tempted to purchase on of these but hate preorder. I got caught up in a preorder several years ago and got my money back. Was one of the lucky ones. So many diff changes between now and July 30th. I was fairly serious when they had a May batch but now that it is basically an August batch (you can say July 20-30th but who are we kidding this will be August.

Has anyone asked in the Minera thread if they will be adding support for the Dominator A4?
|
|
|
It will be interesting to see pricing. But they will be able to charge a premium since there just isn't anyone producing miners. Hashro Astro looks like a bust unless I have missed any recent news.

any news ? has anyone got a refund ?
I have news but it doesnt help anyone. Board stability issues, they are redesigning the boards and have some improvements. No shipping, no update really. A possible video of a unit hashing may be coming but who knows when. Did you get this news through an email/s?
|
|

So the lifeforcepools guy is now saying they ship next week.
Honestly -- I still don't see how this unit can even be produced and shipped from China to the US for $450.00.
It doesn't make any sense. Most miners are pretty heavy.
Where did you see that info from lifeforcepools? An email from him?

I would like to purchase these but will not place an order until they are shipping. I ordered a BFL Monarch and was lucky to get a refund 3 weeks before the FTC shut down BFL. I feel lucky I just gave them a 6 Month no interest loan. I will never preorder again. As an aside WTF LTC nethash 2.25TH/s. Est next diff 73441 earlier.
**Edit that was the nethash Coinwarz was showing earlier. Not sure it was accurate. The estimated diff was from wemineltc.

projected SEED growth with 1000 SEED at start of growth period block 11540 - end of day 1 - 3,690 SEED block 12980 - end of day 2 - 13,616.1 SEED block 14420 - end of day 3 - 50,243.40 SEED block 15860 - end of day 4 - 185,398.17 SEED block 17300 - end of day 5 - 684,119.28 SEED block 18740 - end of day 6 - 2,524,400.14 SEED block 20100 - end of day 7 - 9,315,036.54 SEED
actual SEED growth block 11540 - end of day 1 - 2014-10-12 00:23:26 - 3,438.48 SEED block 12980 - end of day 2 - 2014-10-13 00:21:05 - 12,038.67 SEED block 14420 - end of day 3 - 2014-10-13 23:57:53 - 36,695.71 SEED block 15860 - end of day 4 - 2014-10-14 ? - ?
That does not take in account people selling seeds so they don't stake for 24H+. Someone just emptied their wallet of 1400+ coins. Also there were issues with staking but all and all not bad growth numbers.

I run 2 g-blacks right now and they are loud, but are mining beasts. Good power consumption as well.
what software are they running on the controller? Is it a RPi? I bought them cheap without the Rpi in them. Simply plugged a USB cable into the hub inside each one and run them off of a windows box. This is them with 2 blades as well: Sometimes spikes over 72. Thanks for the info.

What does unredeemed mean? When I look up my transaction from Bittrex to my wallet:
77362fe0fe5fee991be2a6e7c8c74f94d14442df75115978d963e439f0fafee1
It says my 4.93 SEED is unredeemed.
Anyone know what the deal is?
I would not worry. I have a 6.2 block of seed that confirmed yesterday and should stake today and it still says the same thing. I think redeemed means it goes into your wallet and has not been either sent or staked. If I am wrong on this hopefully someone can come and clarify.

LOL 5 hours ago, there was one person using the very first wallet. Now . . . they became TWO ! ! !
I was trying to remember what console command shows the number of people using the different wallets? https://chainz.cryptoid.info/seed/#!network copy/paste the whole, including !network Thanks for the info. Missed the network tab on the blockchain website.
