Right after the ICO, we depend solely on post-ICO activity until we start placing Airpods across International Airports. Once distribution has started, our token, which is linked directly to company's revenue stream will ensure long-term stability and a potential increase in value. Strictly technically looking, we split the received FIAT (payment for rent): using 50% for our company costs and the remaining 50% for buying Tokens on exchange at market price and placing sell orders (sell wall) of 0.023 APOD/ETH or/and 0.0002 APOD/BTC at today's equivalent value. While the number of distributed AirPods and users will grow the frequency of Tokens we buy from the Exchange grows, as a result, the value of APOD token will automatically increase over time. This simply means that more AirPods are installed and more users are generated, the frequency of Token buyback from the exchange and placing them back at a higher price, will increase with the price of APOD Token. |

Before going into mass distribution our plan is to do a commercial test. Users will be able to test AirPods in the UK airports and giving us important feedback for further improvement. After this stage is completed successfully we plan to install 100 AirPods until Q1, 2019 in the first mass distribution phase. |

I am not sure what are you referring to. Anyways, we are not planning to use any identity authentication software in the AirPod. As for the ICO, we are identifying contributors via KYC. |

Stability of the company is the main thing for investor. And as for me, I'm confused by the fact that AirPod remains without contingency fund which can be useful in case of force majeure situations. I think that the company should save several million dollars after the sale is over.
We couldn't agree more. Anyhow, we are not spending all of the raised funds at once. Therefore it can be potentially used (if needed) as the contingency fund in case of force majeure situations. Don't forget, before we use all of the money raised on ICO, we already expect revenues from Airpods that are installed. |

This is a very good question. A takeover is not an option, or not something we are considering. The only possible scenario is if it is done under our terms - meaning if the potential company will be an add-on to our current business and keep the existing business model. Merger on the other side is a possible scenario, but again under our terms - if the potential partner brings in something that would have a positively affect on the project. We are not building this project exclusively from financial aspects, our vision is to become the global leader by providing sleeping/ napping solutions. In addition, we are not here to achieve a certain international level and success and then sell the company. |

Hi, dev! What is your project about? Why does it need blockchain technology? Because as i understood it is just relax capsules  We see the potential of BC use wider than typical ICO. Beside implementation of our token (which is also one of the ways to rent our Airpod), the BC will be used in the development or DApp platform.
