121  Economy / Economics / Re: Man generates his own electricity, still pays taxes electrical taxes on: August 15, 2018, 12:29:52 PM
Now I am afraid to use green energy. Lolz.

What kind of government does that? A greedy one?

I dont think that it is the valid claim from the state government because using solar panels and energy generated with it should be free of taxes. In my country government is literally giving subsidies to buy the solar panels and encouraging people to use them.

After reading your story it feels sad that how they are demotivating the miner after harvesting the green energy also.

There is only one kind of government, and that is the greedy one indeed.
They mostly care more about money than the environment or their own people in some cases. Cases like this show exactly that.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Thailand: 20 Companies Have Applied for Crypto Exchange Licenses on: August 15, 2018, 12:27:41 PM
Just amazing for them, they are trying to put some crypto into business with legal approval of the government.. This issue might encourage some countries to open up more about crypto investing...
The Thai government is one step ahead of other Southeast Asian countries that still consider crypto money illegal. One of the considerations is because the tourism industry in Thailand is very advanced, so inevitably it has to adopt a digital financial system that has more and more users. The Thai government does not make it difficult for tourists who come there but want to pay using crypto money.

And in their turn it seems like most of asia is ahead of the rest of the world.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook bans ads for cryptocurrencies on: August 13, 2018, 12:09:48 PM
Why are you bringing up a stale news? This happened since late January already and there has been so many topic that has been dealt with respect to this.

Facebook clearly stated the reason why they had to do this, which was as a result of not being able to have time or ways to differentiate between scams and real projects, and they just had to revisit their ad policies until further notice to protect their users. It is not an attack on cryptocurrency like some of you are already putting it please.
Facebook have already allowed some crypto to advertise. And I think Facebook (company) evaluates deeply the crypto that deserves to be advertised. And the result will be great because SNS's have a lot of population, it will make crypto more popular. Lot of market will notice cryptocurrency.

Honestly I hate facebook but I like it better this way, I hate scam coins even more.
124  Economy / Economics / Re: Housing market has hit a ‘significant slowdown’ in recent weeks, Redfin CEO says on: August 13, 2018, 12:08:14 PM
Interesting, I kind of hope so since I am in the market to  buy something new.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Is President Trump good or bad for the economy? on: August 13, 2018, 12:06:36 PM
He is actually really bad in long therm however he looks good these days. So he will be elected again.

How so? He looks like he's really standing up for america's economy, actually touches certain points and tries to get america in a financially better position.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Disable person on: August 13, 2018, 12:01:52 PM
This is a common thing happens in different countries where the government mandatory give assistance to there citizens with disability, and the sad truth is that the assistance from government is not enough.

This is the perfect time to introduce bitcoin to persons with disability by doing this they don't need to rely only on government assistance, because they are now started to earn there own money to support their needs.

Stop acting like people can easily earn bitcoin, or like it's a tool to help poor/disabled people, it doesn't make any sense at all.
127  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much is the best price for Starting Cypto investment/Trading/ETC on: August 13, 2018, 11:53:53 AM
Been watching youtubes and reading forum about crypto.Well there's not a lot that cover how much is the best way to kick start cypto investment. We all know that there's a lot level in investment,by that some of us focus in mining ,personally mining is too high costing and slow ROI.Next that will be buying some crypto from exchange, how to earn from there ?basically two ways .First, long term investment buy when its low sell when its high, well need a lot of research and keep update from the market, suggestion don't get greedy .Second, trading most tired way for what i see,not to forget you need a quite big bucks to see some real bucks.Last,ICO's well best way for newbie to get some capital ,low price buying ,why i say like that well if you been doing research in crypto you will know that every year there's peak time means highest price for crypto ,sell when time comes and wait for tide and rebuy other ico.

Back to the topic, personally the lowest budget investment i recon USD 500-5500,depends on your finance. There's always risk in investment

Noted:im not a pro as well, still learning.

if you have $5,500, it will be more than enough for you to start trading in the market. For beginner, i suggest you trading the coin which have high liquidity and volume in the market. Start trading with a small amount of fund first, you need to analyze the market while you trading.

I would say 55 is a little on the high side if you are literally just beginning. Just take a 1000 and learn the ins and outs.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why every coin dumping now? I am losing huge money on: August 12, 2018, 07:51:52 PM
the bustling of the market is the thing that most affects coin to be down.
wait for the situation to improve before selling your coins.
keep monitoring the market.
I am sure that at certain times prices will return to normal, or even rise.

It all hinges on how well or how bad bitcoin will be doing, just look at the btc price as an indicator.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC on: August 11, 2018, 05:41:34 PM
We all know the Bitcoin is bind in some limitation and Ethereum bring us in an endless possibilities that makes the ethereum a platform for decentralized applications and all kinds.

Why would bitcoin be limited in possibilities and eth be endless, that's nonsense. Don't act like only ethereum has strength in development.
130  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: i Exchange Paypal To Btc on: August 11, 2018, 05:35:56 PM
Actually don't deal with bitcointalk newbies at all, that will save you some trouble.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: August 11, 2018, 05:33:20 PM
Presently the banks are actually afraid of Bitcoin because they think that it's existence is affecting their business. In times coming when they will have no other option but to embrace it and make it there means of earning..

Actually Switzerland (if I recall correctly) now has a bank that accepts btc deposits.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some people say Bitcoin and Crypto will disappear from the market, is it really? on: August 10, 2018, 01:18:23 PM
As long as the use of bitcoin and crypto is increasing. Different country and company are constantly bringing new crypto currency to the market. Statistics show that the amount of investment is increasing in the crypto sector. Some banks are already accepting Bitcoin payments. Bitcoin is being used in most countries of the world and there are no restrictions on the use of Bitcoin in those countries. Bitcoins are being accepted on various online sites. Since the discovery of Bitcoin, nearly 2000 more cryptos have come to the market.

Despite the so-called bright future in Bitcoin and Crypto, why do many say that all the cryptos will disappear from market?

People have been yelling bitcoin was worthless and that it would disappear since it was a few cents, look at reality and see how little their words meant and how wrong they were.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kick against btc now and regret in future. on: August 10, 2018, 01:15:34 PM
Money is what the society accepts to be money. Human history has seen so many transformations when it comes to the subject of money. From barter trade to fiat money and now digital currency. But some nations are so rigid to change.well they will all regret soon because no country can stop cryptocurrency.

Just like the internet, btc will be forever.
Back in the day I remember people saying how we shouldn't use the internet for more than 1-2 hours a day  Roll Eyes
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Customers in switzerland can now send their cryptocurrency to their banks on: August 10, 2018, 12:58:46 PM

135  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: August 10, 2018, 12:14:32 PM
Crypto will coexist with fiat, imagine life without cash and having to pay everything through crypto viewable on a public blockchain.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung says that smartphones are the safest way to store cryptocurrencies on: August 09, 2018, 12:41:58 PM
Samsung Electronics, a giant of the Smartphone manufacturing industry, recently commented through its official blog that cryptocurrency wallets based on mobile phones are the safest option for the short and medium term storage of cryptocurrencies.

The post explains that smartphone-based cryptocurrency wallets are a very safe place to store digital money, at least the equivalent of the amount we could store in our physical wallet. To save long-term cryptocurrencies, Samsung recommends creating multiple backups of the private key associated with the wallets.

The Smartphones producer commented that private keys should be stored offline to maximize their security, which means that they should not reside on a mobile phone or any device that connects to the internet regularly.

The blog post comments that mobile phone cryptocurrency wallets are the best place to store "spendable" money due to the phone feature called Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

The TEE runs its own execution independently, which means that the RAM and storage of the phone are separated from the main operating system of smartphones.

Because of this, the Android operating system can not directly access the TEE, even if the operating system is hacked. In this sense, you can only access the TEE through an application programming interface (API).

This such a good News from Samsung for the crypto users , having a hard wallet into Smart phones wherein it is safe to store cryptocurrencies. It is more convenient to everyone while crypto are being used as payment  and exchanging it to cash .You just can do it  anywhere  when Bitcoin or other  cryptocurrencies are being accepted. Meanwhile Smartphones can just  surely collect charges  for every transactions , just like on sending and receiving  crypto to your wallet. Surely everytime when you are spending.coins from Smartphones.

And since people bring their smartphones anywhere, more chance to lose/damage your phone/wallet.
137  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: August 09, 2018, 12:39:23 PM
I see that many of you actually liked the concept of 20 % method wherein you allot 20% of your earnings to be saved as emergency fund.
So I was thinking, if that 20% allotted will be invested in a time deposit kind of account, will it still be possible to earn as much or invest it in cryptocurrency? Or maybe just let the money sleep until such time you will need it?
What will be a wise kove to do with the noney you have saved up?

Wise thing to do with your saving?  well  for me if I have my savings all I want to do is 50% ill put in a bank and the half is I want to invest to crypto I'll buy for long term investment.

And the future will have to show that your decision was indeed a "wise" one. So we don't even know if you are doing "wise" things with your rmoney.
138  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto will underdog the stock market make the rich servants again on: August 09, 2018, 12:32:35 PM
Another great quality easy to read topic! Roll Eyes

Do you think what the rich do know? There is nothing changing, if they most are not involved in the crypto, they will not be poor but miss the money.

They will just miss out on profit.

140  Economy / Economics / Re: WSJ: US Faces $5 Trillion Pension Hole, Same Size as Japan's Economy on: August 08, 2018, 11:48:54 AM
The US pension funds will never buy bitcoin or any other crypto because:
1.They are restricted by the regulations.
2.They know that cryptocurrenices are too risky, the crypto markets are manipulated by the whales and 90% of all ICOs are scams.
The only way to solve this "pension hole" is the Federal Reserve to print 5 trillion USD. Grin

1 all regulations will go out of the windows when all hell breaks loose and that pension hole starts to be a problem
2  and devalue the dollar even more, just waiting for everything to crumble down  Grin
