361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fall of crypto is near on: March 29, 2018, 03:24:45 PM
Another FUD post that is why the price is dropping because of the spread of fake news and FUD post all around the internet. I wont panic if the price drops even more cause it will serve as a chance for me to buy affordable and cheap coins. Then wait for it to surge again this coming april or july.

You're right.
Never a solid reasoning by OP, just people that want to create fud.

Either cut your losses or hold patiently.
I would advise you to do the second.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Planning to sell all my btc as its too low now :( on: March 29, 2018, 02:44:35 PM
Sell now and buy at $800 if you want. All those nosedives/crash pictures on news websites say bad things for Bitcoin.

Look at other safest investments also

800? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes How do you figure that?

Don't be retarded.
365  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk slow or just me? on: March 27, 2018, 06:13:16 PM
Same here. I experience this from time to time. Other websites load normally.

Why would anyone attack the forum? Just to create some FUD? To get profile information?

DDoS are a regular occurence here.
That is why bitcointalk has moved to shitty cloudflare.

Those ATM's are looking great, 2018 will be an important year for bitcore.

Thanks for another successful drop.  Cool
368  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KuCoin vs Binance on: March 25, 2018, 10:44:46 PM
I used to like them, but especially binance turned into a shitcoin exchange for ico's who overpay on listing fee's.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Addresses Added to USA Sanctions List on: March 23, 2018, 09:09:58 PM
Today we knew that the American Office of the Control of Foreign Assets, began to create a base of unreliable crypto-currency wallets. This happened, incidentally immediately after the signing of President Trump's decree, to ban the Venezuelan crypto currency "el Petro", where other currencies were listed, BTC, ETH, LTC, NEO, XMR and XRP, whose wallets should be included in the sanctions lists. It is interesting, Trump's order prescribes the blocking of cryptowallets of persons under sanctions, as well as suspicious persons, or those wallets, where was noted the interaction with wallets being prohibited. But, how to do it technically is not explained, but in the case of one of XRP (Ripple) - it could be done really easily.
In addition, the US Office for the Control of Foreign Assets, will encourage citizens who will send numbers of suspicious purses, to include them in the database.
Prove is here

Honestly, I don't think that there is a possibility to block wallets, of real cryptocurrencies, but as far as they knew how to track the BTC transactions (with all your personal data), and we cannot avoid such kind of control, maybe in future they will gain the ability to lock the BTC/ETH wallets. Nevertheless it is one point plus to Dash and ZCash.
 Any thoughts?

What? They don't control bitcoin or the eth network, they will never have the ability to lock btc or eth wallets.
Of course ripple can do it, it's a centralized piece of shit.
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you fight for satoshi? on: March 23, 2018, 08:47:46 PM
Many companies, banks and goverments are lobbying against bitcoin, while praising the blockchain technology Sathoshi invented. Soon they will use the open source software to develop their own blockchains, without ever expressing gratitude to satoshi or the bitcoin community. Isn't that stealing?

Would you fight for Satoshi when it gets though?
  • Delete facebook, google, twitter if they would try something?
  • Protest your goverment, if they try to ban?
  • Close your bank account forever?

Companies, banks and governments will not issue real decentralized currencies.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Need To Shut Bitcoin And All Other Cryptocurrencies Down. Here's Why. on: March 22, 2018, 03:03:39 PM
Are we supposed to take seriously an article that promotes: 1) absolute control over cryptocurrencies, 2)the centralized bankers coin known as Ripple? the article mentions the issue with illicit cryptomining thanks to undetected softwares, and I agree it's a problem but, they forgot (did they?) to say that there are several ways to stop these softwares from running on your computer.

To me this is nothing more than another article trying to scare people away from Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies...and I thought these kind of scare tactics from the media was over.

He is just trying to spread fud.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: March 21, 2018, 04:14:26 PM
Probably NO and that's for sure. It has already been tested that bitcoin rises even more after it went down following China's decision to ban ICO and Bitcoin. That indicates that bitcoin can still surge high even without china.

I agree, but I would still like to have China on bitcoin's side  Cheesy
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for bitcoin as G20 says no crackdown for cryptocurrencies on: March 21, 2018, 04:11:41 PM
It's not a good news!it's just populism. My advice, don't pay attention to this and buy OAX tokens) In june you will see sun rising)

Not many people that listen to the advice of a few months old account.
374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I’m out on: March 19, 2018, 06:46:24 PM
Stay tune , the market will soon pickup , big players are on board now
Quitting can never be a solution. It is the work of cowards and losers. Rather controlling temper and having patience until success is the work of brave hearts. Fortune favors the brave. So, those who will hold patiently will br the final winner in the long run.

I don't agree on going out with a 80% loss.
But sometimes people need to do certain things, doesn't make them cowards.
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: March 19, 2018, 06:44:41 PM

Cool story, care to explain?
Eth 550, BTC 8400, what are we missing?
376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC be a major in college? on: March 19, 2018, 06:40:56 PM
I don't think this will ever be a reality unfortunately.
Maybe they can pick blockchain tech up at computer science etc.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blue collar Joe loses 1.5 mil in 2 months on: March 18, 2018, 12:32:04 AM
A friend had 2.3 million in crypto 2 months ago. He makes about 60k at his job. He wanted to get to 3 mill and cash out 2. also wanted to establish an address in a state with no state taxes. Florida, Texas, Nevada before he sold it. Not sure what the tax implications are when you sell the crypto or when you cash it out so maybe he wanted to  sell it, then move before he cashed it to his bank account. Regardless he is sick now, won't leave the house, takes klonopin and ambien. Many tell him to cash out the 700-800k he has left but he still has confidence it will come back and wants to retire with it or just keep workin. I don't know what to tell him. What would you do ?

The reason your friend has that much in crypto is because he was that much smarter than the "many" who are advising him to sell off now.
He is totally right to not take advice from crypto noobs.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: March 16, 2018, 07:22:33 PM
Ive read an article about Bill Gates saying that cryptocurrencies kills people. He explained that crypto provokes people to hide thier financial transactions from the government, and revolutionizing terrorism, financial crime etc. Some people use crypto to buy drugs, bombs, guns that are use for drug dealing and terrorism that kills people 'in a fairly direct way'

I think Gates is somehow right about this. But i think it depends on the people who are using cryptocurrency, if they will use it in a good way or in a bad way. What do you think?

And cash doesn't buy drugs, bombs and guns?
Don't take crypto advice from a backdoor building billionaire who doesn't care about your privacy.
379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Reduce to $ 4000? on: March 16, 2018, 06:40:43 PM
That would be less than the cost of producing a bitcoin, so I don't think we are going to see 4000 no.
380  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we waiting for a bearish bomb? on: March 16, 2018, 06:29:17 PM
It will reach $6000 dollars again for sure. Just one bad coverage on a popular website and Bitcoin drops buy a thousand bucks lmao, we need regulations.

ehhh.... Roll Eyes
We need regulations for what? So the price won't drop? what are you talking about?
