Can you elaborate on the issue you are facing? Are you waiting for a deposit or the processing of a withdrawal? Here I sell VLX through BTC, I'm withdrawing BTC for another purse, but still not confirmed? Do you mean not yet in your wallet, or do you mean that it is not yet confirmed on the bitcoin network? The bitcoin network is congested currently, confirmations can be delayed but that is out of our control. We do use the recommended fee for priority block however. On our end there is no record of any pending withdrawals. All are processed and sent. |

- Exchange withdrawals & emails should be working with no problems. Be sure to check your spam folders for our emails if they do not arrive in your inbox.
- Known bug, no TXID showing for successful withdrawal. It will soon be linked with the TXID of your withdrawal and a link to a working explorer.

I messaged you privately on discord regarding this. Bitcoin confirmations are very slow at the moment and someone sent a very low fee transaction causing our transaction to the exchange to block up. If it doesn’t confirm within 12 hours we will try with external wallets with a high fee |

Withdrawals are now enabled Email problem should now be resolved (please be sure to check spam folder for our emails) i make a withdraw, i confirmed by mail but the withdrawals ar still in pending If it is pending it means that the hot wallet is due to be refilled to cover your withdrawal. Remember we are a new exchange, we will keep minimal amount in our hot wallets and more in cold storage until we age, and the code proves to be completely stable (even though we have thoroughly tested it, it is better to be on the safer side). We have sent some cold storage to exchange into doge which will be complete within the next hour or two depending on bitcoin confirmation time. now not work sending mail for security authorization and for withdrawal (looked in spam and inbox)

The process to fix the gmail issue, from what we have consulted with other developers who have experienced this problem, is 1-3 days max. It could very well be solved within the next few hours but it is really up to how long it takes to get a response from google postmasters. 1-3 days, maximum! This is shorter than originally intended. We made fantastic progress today and fixed a lot of small bugs. We originally planned on having a one week beta but since this is now our only known issue, and security has been reviewed several times, we can reduce it to 1-3 days to take care of the gmail issue. |

As we stated this is a beta release, exactly why withdrawals are suspended and why it’s not officially promoted and released anywhere else but here in this thread. The bug is being worked on. Be patient. If you really can’t wait, then use Chrome and Gmail (check spam) which works fine. |

DEV, it would be good for the exchange to support the stake with POS payment. This will attract the attention of potential traders.
