How many of These price tragets are realistically possible in 2025 ?

Bitcoin (BTC) : $150,000 Ethereum (ETH) : $12,000   BNB (BNB)  : $1,500 XRP (XRP) : $7    Solana (SOL) : $500

Cardano (ADA) : $9     Dogecoin (DOGE) : $3     Polkadot (DOT): $200 Polygon (MATIC) : $10

Matic might reach $10 and bitcoin can also reach that target price. Rest I doubt.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: August 15, 2018, 07:33:28 AM
ETH is not going to hit $200 because :

1) The prices are already very low, about half of what it was few months back. You should expect whales to buy a lot of coins at these prices. Will cause huge boast in prices.

2) The fall was just because people were cashing put ICOs due to fear. It is nit because of any fundamental issue with ETH.

Now, if you believe stats, it already grew by 6% in last 24 hours.

4  Other / Meta / Re: What do you need merits for? on: August 15, 2018, 07:30:33 AM
Merit is needed for

1) Ranking up : A member needs merits to rank up now in addition to activity points.

2) Rewarding users making quality posts : The forum needs merit system so as to reward users making quality posts. This distinguishes them from members who are here to spam.

5  Other / Meta / Re: what's happened with my account? on: July 06, 2018, 07:29:53 AM
Hello, admins! Due to the reason that I haven't got an answer via e-mail, I have decided to write here. Please, explain why you have banned my account. I don't violate rules, don't abuse anyone. I express my opinion based on the news about the cryptomarket today. You have banned me immediately without warning first. Please, explain what I did wrong and how I can unban my account.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=226102

You have not got a reply on the email that is given to enquire about bans. So you think that the people able to check that have the time to answer your query here ?

There are various possible reasons for banning your account like :

1) Posting copied content.

2) Making spam posts.

3) Sending promotional messages without users asking for it.
6  Other / Meta / Re: Merit as a Bookmark for good comments - 120 merit history on: June 15, 2018, 06:31:51 PM
You need to understand that this merit thing will become old with time and people will kind of get used to it like other features. Not recording very old merits means that the admin does not give much importance to it.

I know that this has some demerits also like it will hide the unreported merit abuse cases but we have follow the decision of admin (whose decisions had done only good to the forum so far).
7  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: June 15, 2018, 06:27:59 PM
Good idea with bad consequences! In my opinion it is a system of sigrigation. Those who used to be on the forum protected themselves and their earnings from the applicants. Because there is no system of independent definition of the charge MERIT. Everything is subjective and comes from those who MERIT owns them. Beginners in their circle can not get!

Old  members are at advantage as per the current system but there are still opportunities for new members. Many new members have ranked up after the merit system. If you can do that your profile will look better than that of a n old member with only default merits.

Many new members posted their objection against the merit system but it is impossible to please everyone on this forum.

Happy Birthday Admin. I hope you and this forum see a lot of success ahead.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin and crypto currency ALWAYS getting hacked?? on: June 14, 2018, 05:17:21 AM
Here is why exchanges get frequently hacked:

1) Most of the exchanges are not serious about security. For instance, if you check the programs on Hackerone, only one exchange is using it (Coinbase). That program itself has got huge number of submissions from security researchers. If they also avoided paying for those bugs, those bugs would have been exploited by hackers.

2) In some cases, even the exchange itself might be involved. We cannot rule out this possibility especially because prices of crypto are rising. Such a case recently happened in India.

Is there any way to get listed on this timeline ?
11  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Idea on: June 03, 2018, 06:17:17 AM
Giving merits to good posts should be treated as one of the ways to give back to this awesome community.

This is the least you can do, hardly takes few seconds.
12  Other / Meta / Re: Don't give me merit on: June 03, 2018, 06:13:48 AM
If you dont want merits. Can you give some merits to me??

This will not work. The trick is to say" Do not give me merits" and then get some merits just like what OP did. Smiley
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest in Crypto wisely and strategically on: June 03, 2018, 06:11:46 AM
the trick is at the moment the price is stable we directly invest and see the possibility of crypto is going up.

I agree with you, currently price is very unstable and thus I have reduced my investments in bitcoins and other coins.

I expect this to come back to normal in few months or may be by the end of this year. Making profit in such  a situation especially for people like me (who cannot monitor prices closely) can be very dangerous.
14  Other / Meta / Re: Solution to stop Newbie-Jr.Member spamming on: June 03, 2018, 06:07:31 AM
With limiting the number of posts which Newbie(i think Jr.members need to be in this group) can post daily, it is necessary to get approval for each post before publishing. So it can't be published any post without approving from forum moderators. Yes there can be a problem it is a lot of job for forum admins and mods, but this can be facilitated if more members are included in the moderation.

1) This is not a good suggestion. A newbie might be joining here to ask some doubt and delay in approval will make him go to alternative forums.

2) Problem 1 can be solved with the suggestion you gave, having a lot of members in moderation team. Are we prepared for that ? The staff might be having an idea  based on how many members participate in such activities already like reporting posts here.
15  Other / Meta / Re: What does it take to go from Newbie to Jr Member status? Number of posts? on: June 03, 2018, 06:04:17 AM
Actually, not a number of posts, but number of activity. As i know,if we reach the activity 30,we will automatically ranked up to jr.member, and will takes a month of postings, not more than two posts every day.

It will not necessarily take a  month to become a Jr member. It can be done in 16 days days if you register and start posting one day before an activity period.
16  Other / Meta / Re: Is the merit system flawed? on: June 03, 2018, 06:00:12 AM
With the current number of cheaters, farmers, and abusers... Yes, it is flawed. If only Merits that was given to the shitty accounts can be removed, I guess it will be necessary to call that the Merit System is a success.

You will always have these people everywhere. You have to design your system to protect from them accordingly. In my opinion, we may see more changes in future to the merit system in order to combat the techniques used by these abusers currently.

It is nice to see good posts here especially the ones concerning the improvement of this forum after the merit system.
17  Other / Meta / Re: These boards require additional moderators on: June 03, 2018, 05:57:55 AM
Question is that do we have reputed members that will be able to handle this responsibility. Most of the old members here are active only in their free time. Moderation on a busy forum like this can be quite time consuming. It can even consume more time that a regular  job in some situations.

Another possible reason behind less moderators can be lack of funds to pay them. This is less probable though in my opinion.
18  Other / Meta / Re: TMAN'S guide to getting merit. on: April 17, 2018, 11:10:58 AM
Hello everybody
i am a newbie, i am confused with the content in the reply of the forum, and almost i can not find the answer in the wish to become a true member of the forum.
Here the heading is the guide to getting merit. But when I read to find out about it, people do not have a specific guide. Please put yourself in a newbie and lead the problem in a more understandable way, so that we can find the information we need.
More specifically, can we detail how to write a quality post, a quality post is specified by what content? Give us some examples of what is appreciated for us to study.
thanks

You should start by reading the checking the merit stats page. Look for recent posts that got most merits and you will get an idea of what to post to get merits here. Regarding what actually is quality post, different people will have their own criteria for judging this. Some will give preference to posts which are witty , some will like the use of stats and images and so on. In general, it should add value to the forum and solve the issues or query asked by OP.
19  Other / Meta / Re: This guy (or bot) is so crappy on: April 17, 2018, 10:40:16 AM
This looks like a profile made to promote certain speific coins in alt coin discussion section Most of his recent posts are suggesting same coins in all threads like :

blockcollider
nex
havven
policypal
eden
NKN
pchain
friendz

This profile is an example of how can a member still survive for so long on this forum even after making so much spam posts. Some people will say that he is not goign to merits and thus wasting time but what about people who fall for scam projects that he is promoting.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOES SPENDING MORE TIME IN BOUNTY CAMPAIGN GAIN YOU MORE TOKENS? on: March 30, 2018, 02:19:10 AM
I am a normal person who just work in an office that has only small gain of penny. When I was introduced in crypto world, my ideas widen. I now participating on the social media bounty campaign (facebook , twitter etc.) which I gained an amount of token, and exchange it directly on the market. In spending time of bounty campaign, I have a monthly income that triples my office work salary. May I ask an opinion, I want to resign in my office work, and just spend my full time in participating bounty campaign, is my decision correct?

My advice will not to leave your job for bounty campaign only. It is not a reliable source of income. If you can mix with other income sources, then you might consider resigning from the job. Regarding increasing the pay with bounty campaigns, that will only happen if your profile goes to higher rank. This will require some time (to complete activity) and merits (which are hard to get). Therefore, I do not think that it is a wise decision to leave your job just for the bounty campaign.
