i dont understand the blockreward system. can you explain?
First 10k blocks blockreward is 512 coins.
Then halving every 10k blocks.

I'm home

This are my settings:

.bat file:
sgminer.exe --config sgminer.conf

sgminer.conf file:
{
"pools" : [
   {
      "url" : "stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257",
      "user" : "minerjoen.gpu",
      "pass" : "1"
   }
]
,
"intensity" : "18",
"vector" : "2",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "zr5",
"thread-concurrency" : "13578",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"gpu-threads" : "4"
}
"vector" : "2",
"thread-concurrency" : "13578",
"lookup-gap" : "2",

these are useless for non-scrypt algos.

Hey guys i started a google spreadsheet for hardware comparisons for ziftrcoin mining, feel free to contribute and put your hardware up there so others can see what sort of hashrates they should be getting Smiley
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vS68WZiFUfqQkpRoNlQi81wCBxiK5hBGyszAzx_rlGY/edit?usp=sharing
Plz everybody add miner and driver info. And i think "Usage" column is useless.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.2 Automated Transactions on: March 27, 2015, 01:02:23 PM
On blago's miner, what's the ss and rs number in the bottom of the cmd ? The number of shares ?
sdl - sent deadlines
rdl - recieved confirms deadlines
ss - sent getMiningInfo to server
rs - recieved getMiningInfo from server
(0) - errors
after 999 counters sets to 0

So if I've 0 sdl/rdl , I mined nothing ?
Or nothing better than pool`s target deadline.

Maybe big number is total number of reward recipients (with dead accounts)?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.2 Automated Transactions on: March 26, 2015, 11:55:31 AM
I have a question about Flow chart of the process. Why plot chunk (scoop) is 32-bytes in size? Isn`t it 64?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.2 Automated Transactions on: March 19, 2015, 08:24:52 AM
no,
how can i adjust that?
Try that paths:

"N:\\plots+E:\\plots"
"S:\\plots+K:\\plots"
"T:\\plots+W:\\plots"
"V:\\plots+Z:\\plots"

For "true benchmarking" use one hdd per thread and number of threads <= physical CPU cores.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.2 Automated Transactions on: March 19, 2015, 07:58:29 AM
Have you tried 4 threads?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.2 Automated Transactions on: March 19, 2015, 07:27:41 AM
My speeds:

4-core i5-2500k 3.3 GHz
2x3TB SATA Seagate + 4TB USB 3.0 Seagate

2-core Pentium E5200 2.5 GHz
4x1 TB WDs in 2 threads.

Post yours.

I see that ATI cards get around 4 times less than on NF14, but NVIDIA cards go down only 3 times in hashrate, damn wish I had more Nvidias Sad
280X - 1,2 kH/s is OK
290 - 1,4 kH/s is OK
Because you have the wrong AMD cards for high N factors Smiley
U mean 6-8gb cards?
Or new R9-285?
Or even Firepro?
I dunno other amds.
absolutely not.  Looking at the wrong end of the rainbow you are.
Oh, I see. You mean low-power cards with a lot of memory? Like 7850/270X with 4Gb?

I played with miner settings on my rig (4x280X):
- core 1200->1000 MHz: hashrate decreased;
- mem 1500->1125 MHz: same hashrate;
- 2GB-settings -> hashrate decreased.

So... much mem is good, but powerfull core is important too.
Wanna see 290X-8GB hashrates!

Gettin` 1188 h/s on 280X @ 1200/1500
Now 4 (cards) x 20-25 accepts without HW.
Config from configgen.

These are the speed variation 1150/1700 и i=22 msi 280x gaming for drivers.
---------------------------------------------------------------
13.12 - 5,45 mhesh/s
14.4 - 5,72
14.6 beta - 5,76
14.6 rc2 - 5,76
14.7 rc1 - 5,76
14.7 rc3 - 5,76
14.9 - 5,40
14.9.1 beta - 5,40
14.9.2 beta - 5,40
14.11.1 beta - 5,40
14.11.2 beta - 5,40
14.41 rc1 OpenCL 2.0 - 6,12
14.12 Omega - 5,40

after the dissolution 1170/1750 - 6,23 mhesh/s

Which operating system did you use to get those results with the 14.41 rc1 OpenCL 2.0???

Win 7 64

Well, even though the AMD website says that the 14.41 rc1 OpenCL 2.0 is for win 8.1 -64, I attempted to install in on win 7-64.  It installed but I could not confirm your findings.  In fact, I never got close.  Maybe someone else can verify and explain their method.
No need to install driver. Just put amdocl.dll into miner folder.

Please full .bat or config
I see -I 22 only
There are standart settings. The power is in a correct driver version.

5.8-5.9 @ 1100/1500/I22
Got ~6.3 @ 1200/1500/I25, but not stable for all 4 cards.
Tuning...

What is your miner?
Simple, latest compile of sgminer.

Screen:

P.S. 2 hours later - no changes  Smiley

hmm, i'm looking...

what do you get with cgminer -n

RV710? It`s a Radeon HD 4350/4550. These cards are too slow/old for mining. IMHO.
