Some Altcoins depend on BTC prices, but that doesn't mean they have to go hand in hand. Altcoin will increase according to market folume, but some Altcoins do not depend on BTC.

I will choose the top coin for long-term investment because it is more promising and has greater expectations for profit. But if you prefer new coins or invest in the ICO then you must be really careful in choosing if not then your money will be lost.

First of all, I go to this site: https://coinmarketcap.com/ There I find the coins from top-100 that attract me and check their charts to understand a possible growth of this or that coin. Then I read much about it, and buy crypto.

It's not easy as you said and do you think the coin called verge is really worth to invest? and it's not. It needs so many effort to do a lot of reasearch for a hundred coin on the coinmarketcap. I will try to choose low cap coin rather than medium or high cap coin.

I agree, to choose and edit coins above 100 is not easy. I prefer to choose new coins which I think have a great chance to grow better, but if not then I choose top 5, like ETH, MONERO and others.

Well I agree on that with you, but still we get trapped.
It would be of great help, if you could elaborate some of the points where we need to be vigil while joining airdrops.
Cause most of us blindly try to join each and every airdrop which pop's out now and then.

In the system then we should be able to do an airdrop analysis, As we know that not an airdrop will end successfully. So therefore we should be able to perform good data analysis, look at various aspects possessed by an airdrop. If convincing enough then we deserve to follow it, but if many things are dubious then look for another airdrop. This is a form of strategy, just as we would choose to invest in a project. In fact, only a few percent of ICO projects are successful and that can also be our reference in choosing an Airdrop.

I agree, we can tell if the airdrop is a scam or not by analyzing some important point on the project that issued the airdrop program, just as we are analyzing a bounty program.
