I agree! things are starting to really move on, lets wait for the chinese to get wind of it. What do you guys mean by old shit? Do you refer to the old dev( the original silkcoin dev)? I read this coin collapsed on june 2014 but then a few of you resisted ( and staked) so far. What a story! Yes, was a long hard expensive fight to get this coin back to where it is now. Resistance indeed. The Camel Marches on. |

I have a question about the whitepaper . You cite the Shadowchat whitepaper [6] and the Bitmessage paper [18]. Given you were following this thread I'm surprised you elected to include the SDC paper since it's a rip-off of Bitmessage. Or do you not think this is the case? Could you explain this decision? I cited both because I took the code directly from the ShadowCash GitHub and they took the code in-turn from Bitmessage. Are you stating the code is a rip-off? It is open-source. Or their whitepaper? I based my content off of the ShadowCash whitepaper, which I then checked through and edited errors and reworded etc. Theirs is based on Bitmessage, another reason I cited both. Also this is in the whitepaper: "DarkSilk P2P (peer-to-peer) messaging, taken from ShadowChat which is based upon Bitmessage[18], utilises state-of-the-art encryption technology to keep your communications private." So I ask you, what is the issue? I also ask you kindly to remove Silk from your thread. The shadowchat paper is a transparent rip-off as anybody can plainly see. The code I cannot speak to. You couldve referenced the Bitmessage paper and the SDC Github I suppose. Anyway its not my bag. Well done on releasing the paper, Ill give it a read later. To be honest I have a feeling that Child_Harold is probably the same as most of the people in this thread.

Why not just come and join us dude, and actually be a part of a good community with public and honest, hardworking developers?

I 100% agree with this. Because that is exactly what I've done. yep. been lots of butthurt with this coin. but ive kept it solid and honest for a couple years now and in addition we got a damn fine dev leading the charge. who also has some freakin values. hard to find in crytos. |

Firstly you haven't used the logo instead of the DarkSilk text. Secondly, what have any of those statistics got to do with DarkSilk or cryptographic currencies for that matter? Am I being dumb and missed something here? Is this just a template? Only 2 of those statistics have a loose connection to cryptos. Also the Weaver is not a network, it is a platform and it doesn't link DarkSilk to the Silk Network. DarkSilk, Silk and Weaver are a part of the Silk Network. Maybe something more along these lines? I haven't changed the statistics, AND THEY NEED CHANGING TO USPs!!!!!! <snip> I asked for the logo with text, I never really got it Awesome job. Like spencer said some stuff to change, but cab be used as a template. borad statistics can be changed to more detailed ones once we are a little further together. nice work tho. photoshoshop? .psd? |

Sorry but I will be very harsh I've ever read something like this again. Because is sure as hell you don't know where WE are coming from. I appreciate your veracity acqua, but i believe empinel has been making positive posts here, seems generally honest with his intentions to help out how he he can. But yes. Coins are very cheap right now, but also yes, I do believe silk can make it to the top 5. The Silkcoin community will not only grow with new users but also with old holders..
