Your welcome Jimmy,
Of course and rightly so, you are one of the dedicated members as far as I remember, although I didn't participate in ICO, I came to know about this project later.
Will join you there as well and Speaking of awareness, did you guys thought about running a bounty? could be a good move, it's just a suggestion.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll run it by the rest of the team. In the meantime, here is an article that will explain the development process of the whole platform up until now: https://alis.to/ALIS-official/articles/3ldQQnBrlqXQ

Congrats @Jimmy,
I heard that you recently joined Alis's team, happy for you bro and I think it's a very good move from Alis and good for the project as well. You can fill the language Gap between Japanese (Alis's team) and the English community.
Which was somehow lacking in terms of Project's update in all social media and community discussions. I wish you luck on your new journey. Cheers Brother!
Thanks man! I’m really happy to hear me getting hired sits well with the community. Today we opened a new Reddit page - the other one was setup and managed by a volunteer in the ICO period. All English content will be shared there. I eventually hope to, together with the rest of the community, use mostly Reddit to come up with ideas regarding what kind of info/content we should produce to raise awareness for the project. https://www.reddit.com/r/ALIS_Official/?st=JT5WTQMV&sh=6e247ed4

Great @Jimmy, will drop you text there or say hi sometime. One of the exchange got hacked recently (cryptopia) it was the first exchange which listed the Alis. do you guys are still in contact with them by any chance or any sort of communication? There is a high chance that a significant amount of investor lost their token including me. was in accumulating mode I’ll look out for your message on Discord! About the Cryptopia hack, what I have been told is that the team has received a general notice from Cryptopia about a security breach, but have not heard anything specific about the ALIS that were stored on the platform by traders. I also read somewhere that the Cryptopia office was put on lockdown by the police and that staff was not allowed to enter. Whatever the case, I think this issue will take quite some time to be resolved.

Thanks for posting this! To elaborate a bit more on this, the team has indeed announced the platform is now officially in Open Beta. There is no full length official article in English about what this entails, so here is a brief explanation from me: In the open beta period, a total of 12 new features will be added to the platform in order to expand the test scope. The underlying motive for these functions are to make the platform more open to everyone, instead of catering to the community that has been around since the ICO and consists of crypto/blockchain enthusiasts (this last part is an assumption made by me personally). 1. Design overhaul (Done) 2. No more category restrictions (Done) 3. A token bonus system based on amount of tokens held in the platform's wallet 4. Alis platform wallet (ability to send and receive from and to the platform) 5. Text editor update 6. Account statistics (how many tokens you earned and by what means and which article, etc.) 7. Tutorial for new users (upon first login a tour of the platform) 8. Article ranking based on amount of tips received (as an addition to the other filters already existing) 9. OAuth for developers 10. Update of the Login/Register process 11. Ability to create articles that need to be payed for in order to read 12. Intricate referral program ... Thanks Jimmy, appreciate that. I found that article via Discord channel. maybe you posted in Discord channel. are you the same guy who go by the name of Jimmy in discord group?
That's me! I bought this little-known token on etherdelta year ago, I'm just glad that it's still alive
As ambassador I feel inclined to thank you for your support

Hey Jimmy, if you can tackle the exchange listing issue in your article then it would be great IMHO. like i already mentioned in my above post that they are not very interested in it and am just wondering what's the actual reason behind this step.
The article might take a little longer to write since I have some other stuff I have to do, but I'll be sure to spend some time on this matter as well. However, since, even though I am an 'official ambassador', the team does not share specific information about their plans regarding sensitive stuff like this, I won't be able to answer this question with the assurance it is actually correct. However, I can provide educated guesses, which is what I'll do in the article. Here it is: https://alis.to/JimiVD/articles/2vAbwrG8qboP

Hey everyone, as a first step in an attempt to help the team provide info about ALIS to people outside of japan and don't know Japanese, I am working on a twitter bot that tweets data about the platform. For now all it does is tweet the no. of new and total articles on the platform. I am looking into adding the amount of likes and other data as well. Link to the bot account: https://twitter.com/ALISDataBot

Hey Livermore, The closed beta release is in April. Open beta in October. I do like to point out that ALIS is different from steem in many ways. There is the obvious difference: only 1 Coin, instead of 3. Not only the producers, but also curators of content get rewarder. However, both ALIS and Steem have a different objective. ALIS is focused on providing a platform where trustworthy people and articles are filtered from the junk, which yields a completely different platform with completely different content. Edit: i just read this on steem. https://steemit.com/steemit/@yallapapi/why-steemit-is-a-giant-circle-jerk-and-how-to-make-it-work-in-your-favorI can write a whole lot more about why ALIS is different from steem and why it has way more potential to be mass adopted in Japan than Steem by the English speaking internet. I don’t think this is the place to write a about this, bht if you want to know more, talk to me in the ALIS discord.
