1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ARDOR | Scalable Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform | Proof of Stake on: January 29, 2018, 09:20:22 PM
does anybody know when the confirmed balance changes to effective balance after deposing on ARDR-Client (V 2.0.13)? My deposit now has 126 confirmations but itīs just shown as available credit, not as effective credit.

Thank you for your help :-)

Balance will become effective (A.K.A. balance you can forge with) in 1440 blocks, which is approximately one day after deposit.

i can understand that there are problems with the exchanges but why are there still no ignis on my ios wallet?
also do i have to update something or do i have to register somewhere  to approve my account
the ios wallets are connected frew my goolgle acc so i rly dunno right now.

thx in advance

HitBTC, Bittrex and Freeewallet are third party exchange/wallet services that committed to distribute airdropped IGNIS to users holding there NXT at the snapshot, but the time they need to have everything ready can differ in each case. These services never said that users would get their IGNIS at most one day or two or six after Ardor launch.

Nxt and Ardor as platforms could only guarantee that ALL the accounts in the network would have their earned IGNIS at launch, and that's what happened. Anyone who had their Nxt passphrase has been able to access their IGNIS since January 1st. The difference with having your NXT in a third party service account is that, when you look at your Freewallet or Bittrex balances, you're not looking at the balance of an actual Nxt/Ardor account. You're looking at an internal balance used by the service for your account, not at the blockchain. In the airdrop, the service receives all the IGNIS in their central account (where all the NXT belonging to all users are held), and then they have to distribute it to their users balances accordingly, activating IGNIS in their service at the same time. So to do this distribution, they may need to

1) After Ardor launch in January 1, wait to confirm that all is well and the new network is stable
2) Start their IGNIS node, test that transactions work well. Adjust blockchain fee parameters, which in case of Ardor requires more precision than in a platform like Nxt
3) Add IGNIS to their exchange interface

Then they can assign the IGNIS to the new IGNIS balance of all users, and users can trade it right away.

I don't think it will take very long for all exchanges to do their distribution, but it's been just a week and a wait at least this long made sense to happen.

Yep even got the 2.0.10 this  morning and still running off Testnet, still can't retrieve account :\
Have you used testnet versions previously? On which platform do you are (Windows, Linux, Mac)?

Maybe you must clear your configuration files (backup them first) and then re-connect.

Running iMac on iOs 10.12. Had never run the testnet prior to the snapshot. Transfered coins a few hours before the snapshot at block 1636363, they have been confirmed by the network by 1440+ nodes at the time of the snapshot and could see my balance in my NXT Wallet

Redownloaded the Ardor 2.0.10 this morning, still can't retrieve wallet and/or connect to network. Says I'm on Testnet and the blockchain download is halted

I would wipe clean the folder where your Ardor client is (in Mac that should be .ardor folder in your user path), and reinstall as martis suggests. It might be that old configuration files are still pointing to testnet, if you updated on top of previous version.

Also, make sure that if you access the Ardor wallet via browser you use http://localhost:27876 since the port for main net release is not the same as test net.

Hi guys, I did my homework. In the ARDOR wallet I found my ARDR plus my IGNIS. In the NXT wallet I have my NXT and the same amount of ARDR I had at the snapshot time.
According to the airdrop rules everything is ok. Why I still have half of the ARDR in the NXT wallet? Should I move them in the ARDOR wallet? How can I do that?

Thanks in advance!

It's not that you have half of the ARDR in the Nxt account. The ARDR in the Nxt account is the amount you had at the time of the snapshot, last December 28. That snapshot rewarded you with the same amount of ARDR main net tokens as ARDR assets you had in your Nxt account.

The ARDR assets in Nxt blockchain are now frozen after the snapshot. They cannot be traded, just stay there as a mirror of the Ardor genesis block. All the ARDR value you have has now moved to the Ardor blockchain.

Is here somebody who can help me...
At this moment i have my nxt coins in nu Nxt wallet. What i have to do if i want to make ignis from my nxt coins...

I read that i have to download the ardr wallet from jelurida.com. I i want to download i come to the website bucketlist.com and then i see a big list.. witch 1 i have to click on.?? And thebwhat i have to do. Of somebody can help me in Dutch is the best for me. My english is not very wel

1) Download the new Ardor main net client from https://jelurida.com , you will find links for all platforms in the page. Windows for example is https://bitbucket.org/Jelurida/ardor/downloads/ardor-client-2.0.9.exe
2) Install it, run it, give it a few minutes to synchronize
3) Open the wallet and use to log in the same passphrase you used in Nxt. It will open the equivalent account in Ardor, which will contain the ARDR/IGNIS/BITSWIFT you obtained in the snapshot/airdrop. Remember that the wallet dashboard has a button in the left menu to switch between chains, ie, select "IGNIS" to see your IGNIS data.

Does anybody know when bittrex gonna launch trading of ardor?

I say let them have the day off, it's New Years day!

Hi, cannot get it. Why my NXT wallet shows still ARDOR asset? All  my ARDR  are in my Ardor wallet already.

That ARDR asset in the Nxt blockchain is frozen and cannot be traded anymore. Right after the balance snapshots happened, this property was activated. So those ARDR assets are now like a reflection of Ardor main chain genesis in the Nxt blockchain, but useless other than for reference.

Dear Nxt community,

Jeluirda announces the Nxt Snapshot will happen on December 28th at block height 1636363. Please apologize for the delay of this announcement.

Thanks for your patience!
Thanks for the announcement.
Will I get my Ignis/Ardr if my Nxt/Ardr token was in order when the snapshot happens?

If you mean an order in the Nxt blockchain (for example in the asset exchange), yes. You get 0.5 IGNIS for each NXT you hold, regardless of your NXT being idle or waiting on a market bid.

If you mean an order in an exchange that has confirmed support for the NXT>IGNIS airdrop, you should check the terms in their announcement.

Can someone please help me?

I have sent my NXt from C-Cex to bittrex However  i didnt get my coins for at least a month

What should i do?

Withdrawal      -388.64203628 NXT   -388.64203628 NXT to NXT-97H4-KRWL-A53G-7GVRG (9453282248061028542)

Thanks in advance

If the transaction is in the blockchain and Bittrex hasn't credited it, maybe it's because you did not include the personalized message Bittrex requires you to attach to NXT deposits. Without including the message, they don't know to whom it belongs. All you can do is contact Bittrex support.

Has anyone else gotten a mysterious JLRDA asset transfer in their account? I did not buy any JLRDA tokens yet they just appeared today in my account out of the blue. Is Jelurida doing a token air drop to forgers?

There's no official JLRDA asset (the JLRDA token sold in the ICO is a currency in the Nxt Monetary System). Nor is Jelurida doing any air drops other than the ones resulting from the official NXT snapshot in December 28.

In short: scam, ignore them.

HitBTC joins Freewallet and AEX in full support of the Ardor launch, including ARDR token transition (from Nxt asset to independent chain token), and the 0.5 IGNIS per 1 NXT airdrop on the next 28th of December, for users holding NXT/ARDR in their platform.

More exchanges should be giving confirmations shortly.
no sign of bitswift support Sad

Once an exchange gets for its users the IGNIS snapshot data, support for the Bitswift can happen anytime afterwards.

The exchange will receive the Bitswift airdrop in their central wallet, and they will have the list of IGNIS balances earned by users in the 28th December snapshot, so they can distribute the corresponding Bitswift when trading is enabled.

Will Ignis be listed on Polo and Bittrex?

Eventually, it is expected. Listed right after (or soon after) Ardor launch, we're still waiting for confirmation.

Ok guys, I checked last few pages but don't see what I'm looking for.

So I bougth a few JLRDA during ICO for my NXT to get IGNIS, and left on wallet. Now the only way I can see the amount is on Monetary System tab in exchange history (don't know if this supposed to be like that). So how the IGNIS will be distributed if its on another blockchain. Will it be accesible on NXT wallet?

In order to get the tokens you earn in the snapshot, you just need to use the same passphrase you use for that Nxt account in the new Ardor client coming out January 1.

guys , new to Nxt , i have some on bitrex , will i be able to get the air drop on Bitrex or do i need to move to another wallet if so which one

Last time i checked, bittrex didn't make a statement about it.

Someone said polo confirmed they will give ignis but the certain way is using it own wallet.

Who said Poloniex confirmed? They are in touch but there's no confirmation from them that I know of.

This week there's a newsletter coming about this, with the latest confirmations from exchanges supporting the airdrop.

When will NXT web client officialy close? And should I withdraw all my NXT and NXT assets into the local desktop client? Otherweise I would lose them?

The myNXT web wallet (third party service, do not mistake for the official Nxt Client) is closing as announced in December 31.

You have two options, either transfer the contents of your myNXT wallet to an account you created with the Nxt Client and that you have the passphrase for, or you download a myNXT wallet backup (recommended) so you get the passphrase for the Nxt account you have in the myNXT wallet.

You have all the info in the myNXT wallet itself, https://wallet.mynxt.info, and in the myNXT FAQ page, https://wallet.mynxt.info/faq.php

In any case you only have this month to do it, so don't leave it for later.

Guys I use nxt online wallet too. But it is not nxt.jelurida. I use wallet.mynxt.info. Will I get Ignis at the airdrop? Because still I don't have any ignis..  Huh

You will get your IGNIS, as the mynxt wallet uses the blockchain. But you should still take care of that wallet, as they'll stop the service soon. Read the mynxt wallet FAQ for what to do next.

Which wallet do you recommend to use? Or can I use poloniex or bittrex?

Right now, only the official Nxt Client is recommended. Or if you cannot quickly install the client in your Windows/Mac/Linux/Android device, you can use the Jelurida public Nxt client.

The myNXT web wallet is phasing out and will close definitely by the end of the year. And there is yet no confirmation from exchanges that they will support the IGNIS airdrop for users with NXT in their exchange balance, so right now you should use the official Nxt Client.

I remember that once i had created a wallet address for BTCD (in Bittrex) and for a few (7-8) months after, i wanted to check; when i saw the value of it higher than 100$, i checked in Bittrex and i see that all those times i got from btcd faucets are total didlysquad  Smiley I am sad for it but to be sure i am searching for a BTCD-Explorer website. Can anyone tell me where i can check for the wallet address deposits & transactions?

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET NXT asset 12071612744977229797, SUPERNET KMD assetchain in summer on: November 23, 2017, 09:12:19 PM
I have some superbtcd in my nxt wallet and i read they are backed 1:1 with btcd,

where can i swap them and how ?

Do i have to download the supernet wallet ?

Thank you

There was a SuperNET Lite wallet long ago that is now deprecated, but still could be used to withdraw superBTCD, since the BTCD gateway is the only one still operational.

You also can redeem superBTCD manually using a Nxt client, by sending the assets to the Multigateway account NXT-8RQH-HFUP-3AJ9-E2DB9, including a message (permanent, and not encrypted) with the destination address where you want the BTCD delivered, following the format {"withdrawaddr":"YOUR_ADDRESS"}, replacing YOUR_ADDRESS with the destination BTCD address. (Example transaction: https://www.mynxt.info/transaction/1465815227604964491 )

In any case, any users who still have superBTCD or superBTC assets need to redeem them before December 31st. Unredeemed assets by January 1st, 2018 will be considered donations to SuperNET.

There is no hard fork incoming. There's a snapshot of balances in Nxt block 1,630,000, around Christmas, and then the launch of Ardor main net on January 1st.

Sure? In the release notes of 1.11.6 I read that NXT 1.11.6+ nodes will hard fork away from <=1.11.5 after the Ardor snapshot:

Yes, that is correct. My point was (while poorly expressed) that it's not the fork what provides the IGNIS distribution, or the snapshots. The fork basically will make the ARDR asset not tradable anymore in the Nxt blockchain after the snapshots happen.

In other information, does anyone know what's up with dgex? It was not allowing NXT deals all day long.

DGEX has been dead for a long time, and there's no traces of the operator either. If anyone forgot NXT in there, I doubt they can be recovered.

is there any wallet  or exchange that will support nxt hard fork.
How get i get free ignis? please give me link on nxt wallet that will support ignis.
Where should i hold nxt. Either in exchange or in wallet?

No exchanges have yet officially committed to support the Nxt snapshot for users who hold NXT there, so right now using the official Nxt Client is recommended. https://nxtplatform.org/download
