2  Economy / Goods / 250 Old Satellite access cards (directv, dish, etc) on: February 21, 2019, 11:28:52 PM
I have a large collection of old satellite access cards. Some people use them. Some people process them for gold. Any interest?

Second round of giving away 1oz bitcoin coins.

Why You do this?

1. I have a ***large*** amount of unused postage so mailing these is essentially free for me.
2. I had these made to have a physical representation of each bitcoin I had.
3. The great goxxing means I know have fair less bitcoins then before.
4. Giving these away is fun for me. if you enjoy them feel free to send a bitcoin donation to me.
5. HODL on in these dank dark times.

***Why only USA addresses you are a horrible person. The rest of the world is great. I live in Europe and want some of your coins etc etc.
I tried to mail a few out of the country to someone. After spending $$$ worth of stamps and wasting extra time at the post office filling out custom forms the package was returned to me a week or so later saying nobody is at that address. So I wasted stamps, time, and have someone upset at me for not receiving them (for giving them something Free!) .

OMGWTF you are scammer why are you grbox2002 and not grbox2001 like in one of the previous posts.
A few years ago bitcointalk database was hacked. Someone took over my account. Bitcointalk doesn't really have an easy way to get accounts back. Check the older post style on grbox2001 and the semi-recent posts and you will see the style and content is much different.

TLDR. Free bitcoin token. USA only. HODL.

Sorry just sent PM! Glad everyone likes them. HODL on! Today was a rough one for cryptos.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethreum Price By end Of Year on: November 18, 2018, 06:42:25 PM
I'll say 180 by end of the year. No real upward pressure and people can sell to settle their cost basis / taxes. Price prediction by end of 2019 or high price for 2019 is the more interesting question at this point. Price at end of 2019 300. High price for 2019 I'll say 400.
My 0.00012eth.

How have you calculated it? Have you done some technical analysis? I hope that the situation with Ethereum will be much better. I guess, this cryptocurrency must gain close to the end of 2018.

The 2018 prediction is just based on thinking ETH is in a fairly stable range since middle of September ranging from high of about 240 to a low of 170ish. I think it will end the year about where it is now. Any dips will be bought up and any big pop will face some selling pressure. So pretty conservative for a prediction less than 2 months out.

The 2019 prediction is just based on increasing adoption of ETH for smart contracts and token creation. I could draw lines on charts and could try to do some technical analysis but I don't think that works well on Cryptos because the market is still small and a bit wild west like and there is more competition each day (new cryptos/ ICOS/ etc) not to mention the huge wildcard is always actions pro or con by governments around the world. Rumors about how the Chinese government will treat cryptos sparks bear or bull runs. Bitcoin ETF or new SEC regulations do the same. In 2016 ETH gained about 750%. In 2017 ETH gained over 9,000%. This year ETH is down about 75%. So no chart wizard is going to help you with that on a long term prediction.

You make money when you buy. I think this is a good entry point for ETH.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can reach 12000$ value BTC and 800$ value Eth end of year ? on: November 17, 2018, 07:27:51 PM
Right now it is a very difficult target for BTC and ETH to achieve by the end of this year. But if you drop a little, it would be feasible. I expect the BTC will reach 10000$ and the ETH will be 500$

ETH to 500 by end of year...?!? That would pretty much require ETH to go up about 2.5% per day every day between now and the end of the year. While we are also in a bear market and right off the heels of a bloodbath in most cryptos... Magic 8 ball says, outlook not so good.

Start by stating your case. Three reasons why Bitcoin is better than any other crypto/fiat. What is the use of Bitcoin for the average person?

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still involves too much to deceptive behavior! on: November 16, 2018, 11:12:13 PM
I actually read an interesting study that some spam emails are written bad on purpose because they then filter out people who would question them. By setting a low bar you filter out people who won't fall for your trip. On another note... I am a representative of an exiled Nigerian prince. His bank account was seized. Luckily he was able to transfer out some money and funnel it into iTunes giftcards. Please send 10 dollars in bitcoin for 100 dollars worth of itunes giftcards...  Grin

Bitcoin (and all cryptos) just allows a new avenue for all the same old scams. History might not repeat but it sure rhymes...
Send 0.1 bitcoin to get 1 bitcoin ask me how!

This seems like trading good money for bad... Way too easy for chargeback fraud via paypal... Seller beware!
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when bitcoin becomes stable? on: November 13, 2018, 10:36:02 PM
If bitcoin becomes stable, I would like to see more and more investors like it

If someone wanted a stable price coin why would they back Bitcoin instead of some of the other projects like Stablecoin USDcoin etc... ?

19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evolution is a hoax on: November 06, 2018, 12:24:34 AM
To the pro evolution people on this forum, I would like to ask a question and thatís why hasnít there been an remarkable form of evolution in the last 1000 years.

There have.  Antibiotic resistance is a form of evolution by natural selection.  New "superbugs" are forming at an alarming rate due to the increase in use of antibiotics.  Our old antibiotics don't work against the evolved bacteria.

In before "micro vs macro" evolution comment gets made. It is amazing you see the same arguments on both sides come up on this issue on every forum.
bitcointalk, yahoo groups, news:talk.origins, etc etc. I wish these arguments would evolve...  Grin
