It's about time you found a block bossman!!!!!!!

And not only one, but two!
82  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Custom FPGA Mining Board: X6000/X6500 on: August 30, 2011, 07:37:39 PM
we are putting a 5.5mmx2.1mm barrel plug on our boards.
As well, not instead? Please say it's as well.

I am sure it is as well.

who would pay $600+ for 180MH???
Me, for one.

Me too.

As soon as I finish up the block stats, I'm off to give the site a massive new feature set....

Multi-coin, multi-pool. Your choice of pool (prop, pplns, smpps), your choice of coin (btc,sc,etc). All with one interface, one mining port, and no required fees.

Wouldn't that allow hopping? Actually, if you allow changes from Prop to PPS people wouldn't even have to leave your pool to hop! SmileyTongue
This is a good point! It could be combated by not allowing a change mid block! Wink

Well, you could still hop to another pool Tongue

Pre-orders have ended to make sure all deadlines are met. We really can't push that deadline back at this point, because all of those deposits were made based on that date. The most important thing to us right now is to fill all of these orders and keep everybody happy!

What if preorders remained open at a different and later date?
86  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Custom FPGA Mining Board: X6000/X6500 on: August 29, 2011, 04:37:10 PM
Isn't 100pcs a typical bulk order point where you could have saved even more money for your customers? Or were you not expecting so many orders and are overwhelmed?

I agree. If you pushed back delivery date a bit, could everyone save a bit more money since you could take more preorders?
87  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [60GHs][0 Fees][PPLNS][BTC/SC] SIMPLECOIN.US - Now with SolidCoin support on: August 29, 2011, 10:22:09 AM
Agreed... onion stats are not very useful. Share counts per round, and more importantly, per payout are much more important.

I am happy we found a block!
89  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [50GHs][0 Fees][PPLNS] SIMPLECOIN.US - Dedicated 8core Clustered Servers on: August 26, 2011, 10:02:00 PM

Thanks for all your hard work over the last few days.

Now make your miners work harder!!!!

I did, my HAF932 came in today Wink
1 more 5850 online already. Gotta put 2x6870s in my main rig in place of the 2 5830s and pop them in the 932 with the other 6870 & 5850 (yes, it's a mash).

Still waiting on my psu though before the 2x5830s go back online...

I have an HAF932. It's great!

New web server is up  Wink

DNS might take awhile to propagate, but it should takeover soon.

Now let's please find a block Smiley

No kidding. This long round forced me to change the site code & upgrade a server  for the ridiculous table size.

It probably made the pool better Smiley
92  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Custom FPGA Board for Sale! on: August 26, 2011, 02:58:52 PM
Let's see... 15W power draw for the 2-FPGA board. We will be using the 5V side of the Molex on this next batch (not the 12V side). So 15W/ 5V = 3 Amps

Damn, most of the external molex online seems to use the 12V.

Will continue looking!
93  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Custom FPGA Board for Sale! on: August 26, 2011, 02:36:44 PM
How many amps does it pull through the Molex?

I am looking at external molex adapters, and am wondering how many boards I can run off one.
94  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Double geometric method: Hopping-proof, low-variance reward system on: August 26, 2011, 02:12:36 PM
How about just break the block down into 10 minute intervals and thus divide the block total (e.g. 50) by the number of intervals and that fraction divided up over the shares during that interval.
(or even use the network block times themselves)

Anyone want to do the math? Smiley

Does it solve the supposed 43.5% issue mathematically?

I don't think so. It is an interesting proposition though and it made me think some.

The issue is still that it's always better to mine at a pool with fewer intervals, all things being equal, because your shares will still be worth more than they are at a pool with more intervals, but a lower hash rate (so you would get a higher per interval payout).

Not to mention that a 10 minute interval at a place like deepbit is basically an entire round. While at a small pool 10 minute intervals are very few shares.

My offer is now officially retracted.

Good luck selling your stuff though!

we really need a block. Smiley

Our luck has been so freakishly good I cannot really complain! I do feel bad for you guys who just joined in the 1 day explosion from 20gh/s to 50gh/s though

whats your average hash rate? i have 3 of the same cards but cant get them over 350 Sad

you should be able to get into the low mid 420mhash range. what miner are you using?

This.

I have one and am around 430 on cgminer at 950/300.

This is completely ridiculous. Why in the world would a scammer not be using a new username at the very least?

If this is true he is the worst scammer ever.
