Excellent job getting all that back out so fast, truly is amazing to get that done all in one day.  Cool
By the end of tomorrow, we will have put 5000*330 + 100*12000 Mh/s into people's hands.  Grin
1650000 + 1200000 = 2,850,000 Mh/s or 2.85 Th/s will be added to the network 2.85Th/s / 481.448 Th/s =  but today it is barely 0.6% but i love it!!!!
2202  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Synchronizing with network... on: August 15, 2013, 07:51:33 PM
That's really odd.  Make sure it's using the new directory on the new drive.  (check the block file timestamps in both).  Did you try an older version of bitcoin-qt?  If you really need it working on this particular computer and you don't want to reinstall windows, you could install linux in a virtual box as a kludge.
fresh install to a new dir on new disk. new directory on a new hdd for blockchain, wallet etc.... everything is running of of a new disk.
it's a bug.
2203  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Synchronizing with network... on: August 15, 2013, 07:50:02 PM
Does it always get stuck at the same block?  Do you have the latest Bitcoin-QT?
no

Dropped off provided Express labels.
And since you have that tracking number, no need for me to PM you.
2206  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Synchronizing with network... on: August 15, 2013, 05:52:43 PM
Anndd... same problem as in OP (original post).
this isn't a hdd issue, bitcoin-qt has a bug. devs?
2207  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [SHIPPING] batch #20/21 .31 - .35 btc for USB miners & 10.25 blades - USA only on: August 15, 2013, 03:34:50 PM
So the blades are not in a single box like they were previously sold.  each one consists of 3 boxes for each component and a separate power connector and a separate fuse.

packing is going to be longer than thought...

as a result, local pickups are not going to happen today.  probably tomorrow.

back to shipping, i won't be able to respond to PMs for a while today.

As far as I know the datadir isn't valid in the bitcoin.conf file.  Maybe they added it to a new release?  Usually you have to add it to the command line options, e.g. in your startup folder or just as a separate shortcut that you start yourself.
Seems to have worked in the config file...
2211  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] batch #20/21 .31 - .35 btc for USB miners & 10.25 blades - USA only on: August 15, 2013, 04:33:15 AM
Group is closed for ordering with tomorrow's shipping.  further orders will be moved to the next group.

Aahh.. missed out waiting for my btcQuick limit to reset.. oh well.

I usually end up with a few extra's after everything gets shipped out (reserves)... I'll re-asses tomorrow night to see where we stand, and it's likely we'll have a limited amount of inventory available, but not a guarantee.

hehe...ya, I would be curious as well. Finally managed to get an order in but since I was only able to afford one for now I got it through the Eligius website. Point being I've no clue...well...of anything really, hahahaha. I got the automated reply saying my order was received, sent payment to the address the site gave me. That was earlier today but then I see that orders closed earlier today too. We'll see Wink Anywho, is there anyway to confirm I did the payment part right at least?

Thanks much!!!!! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Eligius orders will be processed too... Plus Eligius will have inventory on hand as well for quite a while..

After a small hiccup, customs has given my MONSTER shipment a release and I expect to be berated by the DHL delivery guy tomorrow  Grin ...

there's a good chance that they will run 1 delivery van tomorrow just for my shipment, so it could be later in the day...

400 USB units remain and 20 blades still available. I am going to close this group most likely tonight.

tune "That's logistics" from the UPS commercial song is now re-playing in my head... go away!!
I should clarify that I don't know whether friedcat sent 1 shipment or 2 (.i.e. 1 for USBs and another separate for Blades)  he hasn't had a chance to respond to me with tracking numbers yet...
usually DHL just gets a hold of me when they ship.
judging by the number of boxes, I'd say these are definitely USBs and probably blades to, so we'll see if both products arrive tomorrow on 1 shipment or 2.

question  I got 66 paid for and the mail  label is for a medium flat rate.
if I buy 4 more to make it 70 do you them for the same package.
or how many of the 700 are left?
as coinbase finally made me an instant 50 coin limit buyer.  oh happy day!
please see post #2
