1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New project success on: May 14, 2022, 07:00:25 PM
Cryptocurrency has come to stay, therefore you will get to see lots of new projects and you will be confused as to which to invest in. You don't need to crack your brain a lot as there are little things you just need to do that will give u the head way on which invest in.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Look what I've found on: May 14, 2022, 06:58:44 PM

1) My crypto wallet is like an onion. When you open it, you want to cry.

2) Lots of cryptos – a lot of stress.

3) November is one of the riskiest months to invest. Other risky months are December, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October.

4) Crypto is not the most important thing in life. But love is. Fortunately, I love crypto!

5) Trust has an unlimited value, The father of all currencies.

6) Two cryptographers walk into a bar
No one knows what they are talking about.

7) Where to find most dumb and impatient people?
Telegram group of crypto currencies.

8 ) Why won’t the government embrace Bitcoin They hate the idea of Proof Of Work.

Ithis looks like a poem. I really love the little things you wrote there. Cryptocurrency is for the strongest of hearts and our love it will not stop. I look forward everyday to look at my mobile phone, go through my coingecko app and see how the market rises and falls. This gives me sense of belonging.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luna holders will get new token. on: May 13, 2022, 05:57:56 PM
Quote
The community is deciding on a new @terra_money between restoring a snapshot prior to attack, removing TFL, fully collateralizing UST and drafting & deliberating new mechanisms for $LUNA.

We must salvage the remaining value in the ecosystem & community and rebuild the right way

If they are really doing this that means luna holders from pre-attack will get new tokens but what about those who buy later on exchange. People lost money when prices were continuously declining too. They didn't tell their community not to buy before UST repeg in its standards. I also heard rumors that Do kown short his luna to recover the loss that he took by selling his BTC in losing which accelerated the process more.

Luna lose his credibility and all who took any loss should get compensation.

I see no reason why investors after the attack should not be compensated. It's actually very sad that we had no idea what was going on behind the scenes (CEO shorting his own coin) of not we wouldn't have been a victim to LUNA crashing with our hard earned funds. I truly wish that we are factored into the compensation plans the LUNA team has.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holy Crap ! Terra is gone to zero ?!?! on: May 13, 2022, 05:52:19 PM
Down 100 % on CoinMarket Cap !! What !?!
Yes you are quite right, it actually went 100% down and the trading trading pairs were deleted by binance to help save more investors from buying. But currently trading as been restored and price is coming up gradually. I hope the price gets to at least 1usd so i can quickly withdraw my funds.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA be recovered ever? on: May 13, 2022, 05:49:15 PM
The fall in price of LUNA as well as UST, was a sad experience. To think the price kept crashing with no support in place got everyone worried and disappointed. Currently the price is at 0.00006busd and it quite cheap if you are intending to add more to your portfolio so as to quickly recover your loss.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra USD, proved its not a stablecoin on: May 11, 2022, 06:58:39 PM
It was very shocking to see Terra UST. known as a stable coin falling in price. I was very disappointed because i use to believe in the Terra team and i was always counting my Luna as one of the best asset {in cryptocurrency} i ever had. But they (team) just went ahead a shattered my dreams and broke my heart with what they did. I am heart broken
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't punic, just hodl on: May 11, 2022, 06:54:00 PM
It is already too late to sell since you are still holding all through the crash/dip of the market. Best bet right now is too hold and if possible add more position to your holdings. DCA at every strategic fall and i bet you will smile after the correction. Cryptocurrency has come stay and this is just a passing phase
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best decentralized stablecoin? on: May 11, 2022, 06:50:56 PM
Centralized stable coins are truly not trustworthy but we really don't have lots of options in this space. It will be very difficult to find a decentralized stable coin aside DAI. my suggestion is for you to go through the centralized stable coins and choose the best for you that's if and only of you are not making use of DAI
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to grow my wallet? on: May 10, 2022, 05:46:30 PM
Assuming I've made up my mind to hold on to a token for many years but after a year this token hit a new ATH what should I do as a newbie? Sell or not sell?
It all depends on you. The question you should be asking is, how many years am i going hold this token? How many percentage in growth should i look out for and lastly what potential does this token has to grow further than it already has. With this you should be able to get a set target and as soon as the target is reached you do whatever you have chosen to do. I hope you find this helpful
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best coins to buy in bear market on: May 10, 2022, 05:40:06 PM
Ethereum (ETH)
Avalanche (AVAX)
Polygon (MATIC)
ApeCoin (APE)
The Sandbox (SAND)
Moonbeam (GLMR)
Acala Token (ACA)
Astar (ASTR)

Is this a good portfolio in general and during bear market or do you think that 8 coins are too much and i should try to reduce the coins?

edit: SOL is not in that list because it has been so unstable recently

Your choice are very good, I see most of them doing greatly after the market reverses. Most especially avax. But I look forward to some other tokens not on your list, such as... Evmos, Luna, Juno, Terra and Omi. These are some coins i am putting my money on to see if it will make me happy. Nevertheless your list is very good and i will pick 2 coins from there.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where is the crypto market heading now on: May 10, 2022, 05:36:00 PM
To your first can Ape coin beat Doge coin in coinmarketcap ranking? My answer to that question is that probably in the the year 2024 it might but not now. Doge coin still has Elon musk backing it. To your second i will say best time is now, the market has found support on 3000 BTC. So the market will experience a reversal very soon.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH wallet password on: May 04, 2022, 07:54:56 PM
The password is restricted to just that wallet, but your private key overrides all passwords when you import your account to another wallet. Private keys are always the thing to note when handling your cryptocurrency accounts
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is using 2fa safe in every way on: April 30, 2022, 07:01:49 PM
Really sad you didn't use two factor authentication {2FA} so secure your funds. Please going forward don't joke with the usefulness of the power of 2fa. Many people have fallen victim to hacks and the only way to prevent hackers from having access to your funds is by securing it with OTP or 2FA.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you regret when you miss selling at ATH followed by a correction on: April 28, 2022, 08:54:29 PM
There is this common slogan out there or should i say crypto quote "sell when others are buying and buy when others are selling" this has truly worked wonders as regards not selling too early
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: April 28, 2022, 08:52:25 PM
Shiba Inu is a giant in disguise. I see that coin performing way better than it ever did. If you are looking to buy some coins, kindly put Shiba in ur Watchlist
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Crypto profits on: April 28, 2022, 08:50:33 PM
I usually make use of my cryptocurrency profit by buying new coins in most cases. Few times i withdraw them to solve personal challenges. By doing this i have been able to save a lot of profits
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Dogecoin become the new BTC? on: April 27, 2022, 06:08:14 PM
The comparison is abstract, you can't compare a dog to a lion, it's just not done anywhere. Doge coin has a very long way to go and just Elon Musk is not enough to make it rival BTC
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the sign of bull market start on: April 27, 2022, 06:05:53 PM
Everything turns green and maintains it that way for more than a week, rise of dead projects and the increase in ROIs for existing projects. All these are signs of the bull run
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: newbie invest on: April 27, 2022, 06:04:01 PM
Nobody can tell you where to invest your funds. You have to do all the necessary research and findings yourself. Thats why for any token you are told to invest in, you always see the disclaimer DYOR
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get rid of useless tokens on: April 26, 2022, 02:05:28 PM
Yeah, unwanted tokens are usually not nice, cramps up your spaces and they are virtually useless to you. I feel your pains because i don't like them too. Really wish there was something i can do about it
