Do you guys think this problem is important?
here is need to have a few things to consider, if you do anything that will guarantee privacy, you may also be giving another powerful weapon to traffickers of women, pedophiles and other criminals
Would you prefer anonymous webcam site with proven open source code or this does not matter to you?
I prefer that no one takes off clothes in front of a webcam for money Not sure how webcam user anonymity can "help" criminals to do their dirty jobs. I guess you misunderstood the simple dating app with webcam site. |

How would people know the difference? If you introduce a site where people pay directly to Bitcoin addresses for the service, then this will make sense. They would not have to trust some unknown website with their credit card details. < Just look what happened with Ashley Madison >
The anonymous payment via Bitcoin I get, but how are you going to guarantee the users that you are not recording their sessions and keeping logs of their conversations? Once you use third party payment processors for Bitcoin, you destroy anonymous payment. ^hmmmmmm^
These guys aim to make it open-source, which technically speaking would give everyone a possibility to check the code out and make sure anything they want is not saved or passed to any third party. People will obly know the difference if they are told, thats true, but that would be perfect when it comes to bringing in users, I guess good marketing activities. How are you going to stop competitors from stealing your idea and concept, if you go the open-source route? The adult entertainment scene is highly competitive and proprietary code will give them the edge over other sites. Yes, it will be transparent, but it might welcome lazy competitors. ^hmmmmm^ Open source code also make it easier for hackers to find exploits in the code. < It might also be beneficial when other developers can help to spot these exploits, before they are exploited by these hackers > I believe this question is not addressed to me, you should ask it in Live Stars ann thread. Devs might know better. As for me open source always means more secure. As I see most of projects goes to open source nowadays and it is good practice. |

i think in case of bills it would take veeynmuch for the neq thing to get adapted and integrated. it could just fail when it comes to real life because it would not be as advanced as some other thing that will get developed by that time. be careful on those

Hi! I think this should get more people attention.
According LiveStars whitepaper:
"Each webcam site has its own database, where information about all registered users is stored - Successful and declined purchases (transactions), Names and surnames, mentioned during transactions, IP-addresses, geo-location, time of login/logout and other system parameters, credit cards details or other methods of payments, ID numbers in case they were requested and user has submitted them.
All user activity is also recorded, for example, payments to certain models, times of private chats. Note, that all chats on the sites are stored as logs, including all private chats with models, and they can be available for administrators at any time to check if there has been any violation of the stipulated rules. In case the customer uses his own webcam on the platform (“cam-to-cam”option), broadcast from user to model is going through the server of the
platform. It means that private broadcast can be watched by the system administrator or any other personnel.
The system can easily track the repeated registrations and it binds the real account owner in accordance with available information.
All this information is controlled by different employees of the platform and since the system is not open source, no one can completely guarantee that
the gathered data is stored safely, encoded, and will be deleted within a certain time or upon the user's request."
These guys aims to create improved webcam platform with many solutions provided against existing problems and one of them is lack of user anonymity.
Do you guys think this problem is important? Id rly prefer website not spying on what im wanking to.

I like there is development going on as parallel in field of making partnerships. I am holding both Taas and GUP so this is really big news for me which gives extra reason to hold my token tightly. Taas is already a profitable project so they can help their partners to grow healthy in future.
whats up with GUPP is it a good coin to hold? Not sure that this is the right thread to discuss GUP coin. |
