I've been using the app since it was released and it keeps getting better and better.
I've got a number of MN's and the app and it's really useful to keep an eye on them, and helps reduce the security risks of remoting onto my server all the time as it lets you know if there is anything wrong with your MN's.
The team have some great plans too, there are constantly app updates ongoing

Joking aside this project is going to be massive, it has everything I look for in a small cap investment
1) active dev team who actually answer questions honestly
2) a decent road map
3) real world usage for blockchain tech
4) low market cap
Gotta be a win in the long term

180w per 1070ti means you will be ok with an 850w PSU, but it would be better with a 1000W one if you can stretch to it

https://www.crypto-coinz.net/crypto-calculator/ gives specs for the 1070ti I got the Palit 1070ti Dual from aria.co.uk, though ebuyer.com had an asus one for a similar price IIRC. You won't go wrong with a 1080 I don't think, it depends on what you intend to mine too, the 1070ti seems best mining neoscrypt coins where the 1080 struggles with it. I haven't mined for 3 years, so take my advice with a pinch of salt

I looked into it quite a bit a few days ago and the 1070ti came out as the best one in terms of profit, I got mine for £415 per card and ROI in approx 4 months, hopefully they are coming tomorrow.
I went with 4 to start with another 2 if it works out, they are quite significantly cheaper than the 1080 and get similar returns

Hey, I'm getting back into mining after a 3 year break.
Other than whattomine.com and similar, are there any good places to hang out to get info on good coins to mine, new coins, settings for GPU's?
Is it mostly still just here, or are there any good slacks/discords/telegrams?

Yes, but what I was getting at is that if I bought a £100 amazon gift card with NOXT it would have to be covered by you seeing as NOXT is burnt. How is this viable? Or was that not the point?
The NOXT purchases have been covered by me since the Polo removal, which is why sometimes they became unavailable. There weren't any other options. Thanks for the answer... Still not calling it a day yet on this project? Not quite. I'd still like to polish up Gift but in the current environment I'm not comfortable touching payments. I'm going to have to test the new chain/environment also and handle a transfer of tokens over to ARDR or perhaps ETH. Glad to hear it |

If this was to become more popular (if gift gets enabled) is there a way that it will ever be financially viable, or is it best to just cut your losses? I assume any funds that were raised with the coin swap are non-existent now?

It used to be on bittrex didn't it? Nope. Bittrex gave a polite no when NOXT was released. That's weird, gotta be a mistake then? Why would bittrex have so many NOXT? No idea. That's something you'll have to ask them assuming that it is theirs. Meh, I'll pass. I don't care that much! |
