Bitcoin was developed by satoshi and most people who uses blockchain knows it.  The price/value is fluctuating up and down but still a gem.

However,  shitcoins are trash,  if the developers has a good motive and has a sincere heart and knowledgeable enough by making the coin/token be valuable as bitcoin then they can beat it.

 But,  their thinking is not to be the leading, just greediness overflowing. 

So, to investors and those who wants to be an investor, be careful by choosing. Study short term and long term investment. It has a big difference.

The scam was detected and shut down, of course, but one important detail managed to hide from the police’s eye. It has been only recently figured out, that the fraudulent Bitconnect spent an enormous amount of money on advertisement. According to the chat logs, the company attracted millions of dollars, thousands of which were spent on Youtube bloggers and referral scheme with gifts. Furthermore, there is information from the leaked Skype chats of Bitconnect’s leading figures showing that in October they paid Google and Facebook $1,000 per day for ads. The number increased to $3,000 per day in November.

Each thing is a thing to itself. If you say btc will replace gold you are saying btc will replace all metals of value. It
Makes no sense. Will Bitcoin replace bonds cause btc can have a higher yield. Remember, some day btc is replacing tulips at the moment. Open your minds a bit more and realize btc is not the end all be all. I love it, and have quite a bit, but I also have a safe full of gold. We're talking about bitcoin to find the solutions for its problems. Bitcoin in fact will collapse when it is fully mined if there will be no further updates. Bitcoin is king in term of price and market cap but it is loser in technical field.

I feel the absence of the creator makes the system truly decentralized and it can't be regarded as a financial pyramid.
Satoshi as the creator could have serious effect on the bitcoin market if he wasn't anonymous. His catching a cold and being filmed at the clinic could easily spark panic and FUD.
Now the community are the ones who control the market and support the technology.

Bitcoins losing meaning and value is natural, its not capable to manage the worlds economy, you freaks dont understand that because you dont want to face and consider the complexity of the worlds socioeconomic structure, thinking you could replace all currencies with a currency that is based on race about installed computation power without imense social, cultural, and economic consequences was a ridiculous idea in the first place, that drove the ponzi scheme hype and was nothing but a naive illusion, wich you used to collect followers.

i doubt satoshi was so stupid to actually think that he would replace all currencies with bitcoin like all his followers did.

No, I do not believe that. We must admit that what has allowed banks to acquire so much economic power is their ability to understand where capital is, and make the necessary efforts to keep it.

Knowing that banks will never fight against capital, what I see today is a growing interest of banks to incorporate blockchain technologies into their processes, and because of their marked interest in taking over everyone's money, it would not be strange that in the near future we will see banks willing to accept cryptocurrencies to carry out financial transactions.

Bloomberg ran an article yesterday about the decline of Ukraine, and how 'guns and bitcoin are the only ways to save the country. The article also spoke about the toppling of the statue of Lenin in December 2013 and, since late September this year, the spot where the statue once was now allows you to see an AR version of Satoshi Nakamoto.
