7  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: April 30, 2024, 09:40:46 PM
A new incident that was recently published here on the forum confirms that 1xbet is a fraudulent company par excellence. what's going? The platform accepts registrants from blocked countries without informing the user that he is prohibited from using the service, and then changes his location without informing him so that it becomes as if he is from another supported country. This behavior avoids legal accountability before the authorities, thus allowing the user to continue gambling, and if he wants to make withdrawals, the platform prevents him from doing so on the pretext that he is from an unsupported country.
Details can be found through this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5492151.0
As they are proven scammers they don't care who is restricted and who is not. As they are scammer they don't care about any law whether the rule of forum, the rule of gambling, the rule of restriction county, or the rule of international gambling. The site is only aware of the ways of scamming.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 30, 2024, 09:33:43 PM
You’re right, it does sometimes feel like just a distraction. But think of it as hitting the reset button rather than escaping the problem. It's like taking a deep breath when things get too intense. it doesn't solve everything but gives us a clearer head to tackle issues with fresh eyes.
And absolutely, stepping back after a rough patch isn’t just wise, its necessary. It's that ability to recognize when to pause that can really make a difference in the long run.
Plus, its always a thrill to dive back into the game with renewed energy and perhaps a better strategy.

It is true that when anyone pauses gambling and reset/refreshes his/her mind may help to make proper decisions about gambling and it may help the person to stop the curse of a losing streak. You better stop gambling permanently..
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you avoid some games because of racism? on: April 30, 2024, 09:29:27 PM
I don't think @OP mean racism is about skin color, but it's more like to nationally or teams. If skin color is the problem, there will be a lot discussion about that, but I had never heard about about such case.

Actually it also happen on well-known leagues, surprisingly the referee didn't get any sanctions and still become referees in top leagues.

Neymar's rainbow flick is one of the example. there's nothing wrong with that, but since English players can't do that, they ban rainbow flick and give yellow cards for anyone that do that.
I agree with you that OP is not trying to talk about the color of a player or team instead the OP is trying to talk about the team of a country or league or something like that as it is not about a person there is nothing wrong with the op.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An interesting story and experience of a gambler on: April 30, 2024, 09:24:07 PM
That person is definitely a degenerate gambler, I don't think that he's addicted to buying stuff that he don't needs though, it's more like he doesn't really know how to use the money wisely, it's natural though since gambling addicts are financially irresponsible so it's not surprising that they're doing this just so they can satisfy those temporary cravings and gratifications. I must say though, I think that this person needs to be looking on the bright side of things, he helped his mom and donated to some charity and those stuff that he's bought, he can probably sell it to a profit. The best that this person can do is probably seek professional help because basing from the post, my conclusion is that this man is a gambling addict through and through and no way that you can live your life struggling with that addiction if you know that those activities are self-destructive to you as a person.
There is no question that the person is a degenerate gambler and at the same time the person is addicted to gambling. Now the person might have good luck so the person is able to handle everything but when the person has bad timing then the person would have nothing to do.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: April 30, 2024, 09:16:08 PM
You're absolutely right.
Online gambling has really gained popularity online, when it comes to online leisure activities, and rhe fact that a lot people are spending so much money on online gambling is quite disturbing too.
It's important to always have it in mind that gambling addiction could cause some one lots of misfortune and pain, starting from financial problems to affecting your relationship with people around you, which also includes family and friends. So instead of allowing one's self to fall victim to such a devastating thing, it's best to learn how to manage your emotions as well as your bankroll.
It is true that day by day online gambling platforms going to be popular as a lot of people is popular and a lot of people are trying to avoid gambling sites though the second part is lower than the first part.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: April 30, 2024, 07:01:14 PM
Both for me , because that is why this is the most popular activities in online in terms of leisure nowadays , in this people are spending so much money for such a time now and that bothers many non gambling people.

So i believe that this is entertaining at the same time addicting because that is what gamblers do now, they even giving people hard time in terms of expenses because of this addicting field .
It is true that a lot of non-gambler are active day by day to get entertainment and pass free time but they are becoming addicted to gambling and finally, they become losers while being entertained and they feel very happy on online gambling.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: April 30, 2024, 06:54:17 PM
I don`t see problem in it. When you agree with their ToS you have to do what they say, if it is in ToS. The same time it is really difficult to find casino with such points in ToS. If you don`t want it - you have to choose the casino without any kind of KYC.
But as for me the main problem that they use KYC when they don`t want to pay you money. I mostly was KYCed when began withdraw big win. And as the result it always was long process to get my money, at least about month.
You are right that when they mentioned the KYC on their terms then there is no way not to provide a KYC document. But if they don't mention the KYC document but ask that to harras then I want to say it is nothing but scamming.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Forum reviews on: April 30, 2024, 06:47:28 PM
Best use of this forum would be to find common players with any site and review what was the experience of most prior to setting up your own account.  Besides I would just recommend to always start small with a new site, for a variety of reasons.

If for no other reason caution is applicable with every new account just because mistakes can be made by accident.   I think the accidental type or mis-click that leads to losses is probably the more likely of the possible loss just because you are new and might assume a certain bet will take place.  Its easy to misread then place a bet wrongly, the wrong direction or the wrong size.   Im pretty certain Ive made those kind of mistakes unfortunately they are all too common.
When you start with a small portion of funds you may win and there might be no problem but how can you be sure that the same incident will happen while you deposit? And the main problem happens when you will win and try to withdraw the funds.

19  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: April 29, 2024, 07:26:38 PM
Is the hose who decide the rules, but is the users who decide where to gamble, if the rules are absurd then the user shouldn't play on that site, a good example of this is the sites that only let you withdraw a min of $1000/day, or those sites who limit the max win but doesn't limit the max bet. And that's why is so important to read the terms of service before deciding to pen an account on any casino. And the main problem with the ToS is those clauses that let the house change the rules at any time, that way is a losing game for the gambler.
When any gambling site changes any rule then they infirm about the changes to their users. If any site can't do that then they should stop their service. Another part is about 1000$ per day! is it any good sign for the so-called gambling site??
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Anyone +18 Play Gamble? on: April 29, 2024, 07:21:34 PM
Yes one can do kyc anywhere if NID, Driving licenses, Passport is any document. and one can do all these documents only after 18 years. But kyc is not a great solution for checking 18 years. because many minors are gambling and if there is a need for kyc then they are doing kyc using the documents of their parents or other guardians. there is also a history of many people buying accounts and using them. so parental awareness is needed to keep minor children away from gambling.  And when 18+ then he is ready to take his own decision then he will be responsible for whatever he can do
And if they use the computer of their parents and/or elder brothers/sisters then they can easily use the gambling account of their parents and or sisters/brothers. I think gambling can be stopped only if the parents and other relatives whose computer access or access of the phone can be denied then they might not be able to gamble.
