Le marché du marketing digital mobile devrait générer un chiffre d'affaires de 5 milliards de dollars en 2018 et atteindre un taux de croissance annuel de 4,6%. Les services de compatibilité représentent l'activité la plus importante et les États-Unis constituant le plus gros segment avec des recettes projetées de 2,8 milliards de dollars et de 1,7 milliard de dollars, respectivement. La plupart des revenus proviennent des abonnements mensuels.
Plus de la moitié de la population humaine a maintenant accès à Internet. La part des utilisateurs de réseaux sociaux est en hausse, passant de 31% l'an dernier à 42% aujourd'hui. Most of the revenues come from monthly subscriptions.
The average internet user also went from having 3 social media accounts in 2012 to having 8 in 2016. This diversification is caused by a certain degree of specialization, as 13 users turn to platforms which allow them to network in specific ways to suit specific needs. The generalization of smartphones also did a lot for the surge in the use of social networking services by offering unprecedented accessibility, portability and instantaneity.
Facebook is the leader with $40.7 billion (in 2017) in revenue from targeted advertising and data sales. Most of the other social networking services have a similar economic model. The amount of users on these platforms is expected to grow by an average 4.5% in the next few years |

When I walk around, I see people into the bus, the subway, walking, ... with facebook into their hands. Just scrolling ! I think that this App will be perfect to not confuse them : they'll still have their smartphone BUT to meet people. It is not too late to come back to real socialization ! =) |
