But still no one get the correct answer.
While some answer seems pretty random, some of the letter were been present in the real answer like the letter M.

Could anyone explain how they are decoding the cryptogram? I've stared at it for 20 minutes trying to figure it out, but cannot. I tried looking at another one that was solved, and it doesn't make any sense.

Do either of these words mean anything? Honestly speaking. A web search does not result in anything.. You have to search for VOCATIZE and NOVA CITY, MAJOR is just part of the sentence, this probably 2-3 words sentence |

I think disable sig for all is much easier and fair solution, changing this and that probably can introduce bugs into the system and probably can lead to unknown catastrophic vulnerability. This is not a place to make money and everyone should go by the same rule.
