Additional clues:

M should be somewhere there

Sorry if I just respond today.
But still no one get the correct answer.
While some answer seems pretty random, some of the letter were been present in the real answer like the letter M.
Hope this additional clue may solve the puzzle. I have several sponsors lined up...
To those who support this puzzle thread, sponsorship is always open. Thank you.

There is one answer that is so near it is almost the same meaning but contains some letters that divert from the encryption method.

Could anyone explain how they are decoding the cryptogram? I've stared at it for 20 minutes trying to figure it out, but cannot. I tried looking at another one that was solved, and it doesn't make any sense.

Find the living thing who is four-legged then two-legged then three-legged?

The answer is (size 1) : Human : baby then adult then elderly using a cane

Well it is obvious but you may find people who cannot figure it out.
Answer (size 2) : Human : baby then adult then elderly using a cane

MAJORVOCATIZE
MAJORNOVACITY

Do either of these words mean anything? Honestly speaking. A web search does not result in anything..

You have to search for VOCATIZE and NOVA CITY, MAJOR is just part of the sentence, this probably 2-3 words sentence

Exchanger makes the most from BTC these days, but once they hit technical glitch someone quickly get away with huge amount of monies, not easy to maintain system that attract attackers from everywhere because of the crypto in their possesion.

I think disable sig for all is much easier and fair solution, changing this and that probably can introduce bugs into the system and probably can lead to unknown catastrophic vulnerability. This is not a place to make money and everyone should go by the same rule.
