There are no scams only among the ICO startups.
There are also those who claim to be an expert in managing an ICO from the beginning, ask  to you money to start and a commission on the funds that you can get with the ICO.
Then you discover that there are not references , that the experience and the knowledge do not exist and you realize you have thrown away money.
We are looking for a company or group of individuals to help launch an ICO covering important stages such as; legal, Tokens issues, marketing, technical ICO management and social.
In this "new world" where there is little real experience, we do not trust people who ask for money in advance in exchange for their alleged specialization.
 We are looking for people who will like our project and want to work with us to achieve the same goal together.
