Т.е. после получения одобрения вы заходите в свою почту в специально выделенном помещении и под строгим наблюдением, проверяете ее или отвечаете на письма. По крайней мере о такой процедуре рассказывал Ланьков, в недавнем интервью Дудя.

Так что возможно все и я в этом убедился за последние несколько лет не единожды.

Пока в РФ физически не отключат доступ к всемирной паутине, как это сделали в Северной Корее, у РКН нет шансов в борьбе с обходами блокировок. Уже сейчас есть множество средств, позволяющих беспрепятственно обходить их блокировки. Поэтому можно особо не переживать по этому поводу. В крайнем случае существует Discord bitcointalk, на котором можно перенять опыт, если доступа к форуму не будет.     

Если мне не изменяет намять, вы уже делились информацией о том что в PolkaDot есть риски потери застейканых средств пользователя по вине валидатора. Только я не совсем понимаю, для чего разработчики используют такого рода штрафы, если во многих других сетях в случае плохой работы валидатора он теряет часть средств, обеспечивающих безопасность сети, плюс вознаграждения пользователя за период некорректной работы этого валидатора (эпоха), т.е. основная часть средств находится в полной безопасности? На мой взгляд это очень недальновидный подход к доверию стейкеров.
