3  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [PRICE CHECK] 2017 Polymerbit ETH "Bitcoin Error" Note on: June 27, 2022, 09:28:15 PM
I've noticed one of my Polymerbit notes have some kind of error on the printing. It's an ETH banknote, but it has a text which reads "Bitcoin 2017 Document". I was wondering if this error makes the note valuable or something. I'm not sure what the asking price would be, so I'd appreciate your help on this. Thanks in advance. Smiley

Ive seen them sell for upwards of $200 in BTC

Hope that helps.

11  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Titan Mint Coins- Serious Issue- ***NEW UPDATES*** on: May 20, 2022, 04:11:29 AM
Someone with a 2014 Titan Tenth could file a lawsuit in small claim court (usually dealing with issues under $10,000). This would legally require Tim to figure his crap out and if he can resolve one then the assumption would be it would trickle over to benefiting all. Hopefully this is more a case of incompetence than fraud and the BTC still is safe on all coins.

I know where there are 8 titan tenths that cannot be redeemed...

Not PK though, lets put this into some context Smiley

The 2FA ones have issues not the PK ones.

agreed and this thread is about "Titan Issues"  or at least I see "Titan" and "Issue" in the subject field so for me that is simply any and all issue with Titan

You are correct in your comment about the title of the thread and what you saw.... but you posted
Quote
I know where there are 8 titan tenths that cannot be redeemed
then someone posted after that with a question about "your" 8 coins, so just to clarify about those 8 coins,  its easy enough to add the specifics is all Smiley

**editing my post to include a reply for @Steeley (and not intentionally double post)

Are 2014 Titan Tenths with PKs? I thought they were also with 2FA. I have a 2017 with PK and feel ok with it, since I don't think there has been any report of Titan sweeping coins.

I am not aware of any swept coins 2FA or PK from Titan, just the accessibility of the 2FA coins, I dont believe to date that anyone has had an issue with a PK coin not having the funds on them still, have they?

Your forum really disappoints me.

Why? because we have methods and procedures in place to help prevent people from getting scammed?  Nice one, you disappointed everyone here by not following a few BASIC simple steps.

You can do this yourself, but you may have to actually read something to do it Smiley

Good form! Quality salesperson, something a 5-year-old would say.

No one here was, and I never thought you held them anyways, so be it.

But hey, you still have

Good luck wherever you wind up, we did try to help your stubborn self, your loss in the end.

marc

There are no serious candidates because you are not serious yourself.

Oh, and no one here is trusting you, not by a long shot, if anything, you are becoming a meme similar to the Nigerian prince scam.

You still canít post pics of the front and back of the coins with your username aye?

How many times have long time members suggested the right / proper way for you to make a post here? I count at least 8-9 so far. There is no excuse that justifies your actions here.

Did the guy you borrowed the camera from (which you donít own by your own admission) only let you take 2 pics?

Quote
I don't have a smartphone- I hate social media! - so I cannot make photo's of my ten coins.  The one photo you can see, was made by a neighbour.

Are you accepting BTC as a payment option yet?

Because if not, then this thread is meaningless and should be locked and archived away.

@minerjones you're a better man than me entertaining this joker with his blurry 1 sided coin pic(s) who seems not give a crap about what goes on here and thinks he can make up his own selling rules with unrealistic expectations and a terrible attitude.

The OP should be providing all this information, especially if they are asking for an unrealistic $70,000 a coin in todayís market (yet wonít accept Bitcoin)

Sad not more people are telling this joker to either follow the format or take a hike.

Besides the obvious waste of the precious internet space ofc  Wink

I have said my piece, the mods should have locked this thread a while ago.

Good luck never selling these coins here without making some serious adjustments to your post.

Thanks! (So take it or leave it...)

You bought a camera finally?

Next step would be to take a clear (not blurry half baked shot) of each coin or all the coins, front and back, with your username and date on a piece of paper in the same pic as the coins, exactly the way people have been trying to direct you to the link many times with easy steps to follow to make a proper post, which you still have not done and keep ignoring.

So basically you can go back and forth and play this weird game you are trying to play all day long, while searching for your

while you have been nothing but flippant and disrespectful since the first time someone recommended you post in the proper format.

Quote
Thank you very much for not trusting me!

Why should anyone trust you? who are you? you are some stranger on the internet who has been stubborn and rude, and posted some blurry pic of a coin, with mad demands, and now added more blurry half unidentifiable/verifiable "items".

That is why noone is trusting you, (or taking you seriously, would be a better term) along with the fact that we dont trust, we verify. - google it, if you dont understand.

Its that simple.

Oh, and if you wont accept those "BTC's" you seem to dislike so much, you are only wasting your time here, and precious internet space (ofc) by posting here with your ridiculous overpriced demads at 2x the currect price of BTC, (in cash)

Good luck! ebay or some other fiat based site may be a better option for you, if you refuse to follow the basic simple protocols here.

So TRUST does not exist anymore  in this world.
So be it...

Send the coin first, trust is a 2 way street 😎

But send 2 please, 1 simply wonít do.

I am not interested in BTC's.  So my asking price is in Euro or Dollar.

Uh huh - so after sitting on 10 of these since 2011 you arenít interested in ďBTCísĒ - very plausible.

Quote
According the one picture here, you can see that it is not peeled.  You have to trust me on that.

Yes, of course - that makes sense - so letís make it easy since you canít locate a device to take a picture of your 10 coins - just post the first bits of each coin here (thatís the numbers on the back of the coins) -  no camera needed for that.

Thanks!

*asks $70k for a product and can't take a picture of it 😐 lol...no seriously 😐

Obviously a failed scam attempt at this point Smiley

Ridiculous replies to say the least.

...and no, we verify here....go buy a camera, or ask your "neighbour" to take a picture of your "10" magical coins Smiley

So all those  "vaneentottien 100% (270x)" listings were photos taken by someone else I guess too Smiley

After many attempts to assist or help you verify and you wont, time to move on I think.

Thanks!

Interesting site:
https://www.delcampe.net/en_GB/collectables/search?search_mode=all&excluded_terms=&term=crypto

All I can see are tons of crypto stamps.
Are there other crypto coin listed on there?

Quote
I don't think so...

Since I have no prove of my buying (why should I?...)

You post a "stock" photo so to speak then say
Quote
(One may receive another coin than the one on the photo!)
No one will buy a high value item sight unseen let alone with a caveat statement like that.

What condition is the coin a person "may" receive in, or look like?

How can anyone tell if the coin is loaded or peeled, or even exist in the first place if you donít provide them with a photo or the information to verify it?

If you would simply read and follow the basic simple steps listed in the links that have been presented to you multiple times that you are ignoring, that may solve a lot of your issues here, as im sure you must have similar protocols to post items on your active auction site with "vaneentottien 100% (270x)" in sales?

Also, if you have an active auction elsewhere, how would you be able to sell this coin if someone buys it or places a bid on the other site? (Besides trusting you that you have multiple coins of course)

Quote
So, you have to take my word for it, but I am a honnest man...

We are all honest men/women/people who identify as binary, non-binary so on and so forth, but no one likes to get scammed when all of this can be avoided very easily by taking the advice given to you as new potential seller here Smiley

thanks!

Sorry for my behaviour...
I bought several coins directly from Casascius in 2011, and no, I don't have any prove of that anymore!
And yes, I put the same coin on 'Delcampe' in Belgium.  They, by the way, consulted me to put an ad at your forum...
Regards from Belgium,
Marc

So you bought them from
