That depends on why you bought the coins. If you bought them to trade short term, then you may want to reevaluate your positions very frequently. However, if you bought them in support of projects that you believe in then don't worry, and don't let the market sentiment scare you away from projects producing real product.

These gains will be seen again, however, they may not be seen in the same fashion. Once crypto begins to become mainstream the market will find a healthy balance between speculation and regulation.
