Do you think your startup can take root in everyday life?
Firstly, in our case only a minor share of assets will go into development of the platform as the majority will go into real estate projects. Secondly, we are focusing on distressed real estate deals. This means we will buy real estate at favorable prices, prices below the market value. These distressed deals lead to a higher yield due to the underlying value. Our team has years of experience in distressed assets and focus mainly in the SEE region. Also we are following other real estate projects and their progress. We believe we differ from them in some key points and we don’t intend to disrupt with blockchain technology immediately but progressively, which is more of a realistic approach. Big interest from HNWIs, VCs and Family offices is confirming that we are on the right track. We communicate openly and are working every day intensive to reach our goals. As we already reached the softcap, we believe our project can be a successful real estate project on the blockchain. Still, we accept also all the concerns and critics that have an argument behind it. We only have a KYC for individuals that have to prove their identity with an identification document (i.e. passport). How will you take care of different laws of land registers in different countries, because they are different. For example Estonia (that has everything dgitalized, and well Slovenia that still has a lot of paperwork)?
The best we can do is to act local and to consider and respect all the law and land registries related specifics. There is no other way in the mid-term. But in the long term we believe that we will witness harmonization of the rules and land registries at least on the regional level, which will already be a huge step forward for projects us ours.

Will platform testing be private or open for all investors? Platform is now in beta version and is there for everyone to see it. Since we currently do not have any real estate projects yet, it is just an overview as how the final platform will look like and what will be all the basic options on it. At the same time we are working on advanced platform and will probably launch it with the first real estate to be published on it. This will be the perfect time for community to try it out and see how it functions. We will of course review all the feedback we receive, carefully consider them all and prepare on even more updated version of the platform.
