Received the email 15min ago. Test 1. Tried it, failed. Stated "Wrong operation!", then transferred me to the Minerfarm login. Test 2. Logged into Minerfarm. Then tried link again. Failed and went to another login page for Minerfarm. Additionally while I was in Minerfarm I looked at chat. User nathanaelhegg reported "how come my deposit is not showing up" and "i made a deposit yesterday and it still not showing up". Probably should look into that as well. This issue fixed please try again.

Announcement,
As you might know, recently there was an intrude we think caused by an security breach in the game. We thought that this intrude was caused by a kind of cross script method and we started to investigate all the system (and it took weeks). The result is; since those people were managed to bypass the 2 factor authorisation, we think that that was an inside job and done by someone who has direct access to data centre.
We can not process the withdrawal orders at the moment, because we suspect that those intruders can control other member's accounts as well. Under normal conditions, profit was barely enough to pay for servers so there were very low amount of BTC on the hot and cold wallets, however we still had an important loss of BTC.
We are aware of how this situation frustrates all players, however we cannot process withdraw orders at the moment for the sake of protecting all accounts, including our's.
At this point, we strongly encourage all players to activate 2 factor authorisation and change their passwords as well.
We will update everyone once there is a progress and announce it on the global forum as well.
Thank you for your understanding,
Regards, aliser

Is there a mechanism that disallows multiple (and by multiple, I mean over 20 attacks in 12 hours from various people from on federation) in attacks on one user? It sucks already that you've lost resources and all your units, but at least give us time to rebuild!
Similar thing happened to me: I got attacked by some air units, even though I hadn't researched anything that could counter that. And because of that, all my land units died, so now I'm defenseless. Moreover, this guy keeps on attacking me over and over (at least once every 3 hours), stealing my resources. This game is too unfair; I'm so lucky I didn't deposit anything into it. What is your user name and attacker name on game ?

No I am not. He has scammed me and then decided to insult me instead of refunding the BTC his site stole. He should not be trusted.
Do you have proof?

I can not refund your fee. This is rule for everyone and i can not delete any pool on Minerfarm because there are a lot of users on this pool. If i change pool name or delete it, other users says "why we can not change our pool name?" or "why, my joined pool was deleted?"
Please tell me how can answer to them ?
I asked you what change occurred to cause the below fee transaction: #29730726 / 2016-02-16 09:01:11 What answer do you have for me? #29730726 / 2016-02-16 09:01:11 / OgNasty / 0.00500000 amount of pool management / -0.0050000000 Do you want me to give you the my administrator password OgNasty ?

So you lost 2.00675000 but you don't consider withdrawed amount? Or do you claim that you didn't receive any BTC from the site? I don't like this default trust drama and I think you are right in your case but what you did here is wrong I believe.
I don't claim I lost 2.00675000 BTC. It says, "Risked BTC amount" not lost BTC amount. This amount has been confirmed by aliser above. Unless aliser wants to be an honest person and refund the BTC from the #29730726 / 2016-02-16 09:01:11 edit that did not result in any change and remove NastyPool from his site, I have nothing else to say on the matter. I can not refund your fee. This is rule for everyone and i can not delete any pool on Minerfarm because there are a lot of users on this pool. If i change pool name or delete it, other pool owners says "why we can not change our pool name?" or users says "why, my joined pool was deleted?" Please tell me how can answer to them ?

Rules for Pool Owners : Each user can own at most 1 pool There is monthly 0.050 BTC cost for pool creation and maintenance There is 0.005 BTC cost for pool update You should have at least 1000 Gh/s hash power in order to create a pool. Pool commission rate is the percentage value of each user's cost who joined to pool pays for per block Minimum Hash Power is the smallest required hash rate for the users who want to join to pool Once you create a pool, you cannot cancel or quit the pool. But you can edit pool information. If the pool owner's hash rate drops below 1000 Gh/s, he receives a notification. And if pool owner does not increase hash rate to at least 1000 Gh/s, then pool fee income is cancelled It does not say in the rules that you will charge fees for services not rendered. It also does not say that you will not allow a pool's name to be edited. You have forced me to give you negative trust now. EDIT: I won't put up your PMs insulting me. I am better than that. You are a filthy liar. Enjoy the red. Thankyou for your Negative Feedback. Also there is a mistake : Total Withdraw___:1.97121705 Total Deposit____:2.00675000 Also your ROI is : ROI______________:97.36% Where is 1 BTC lost ? You can share all my PMs with all users. Also everybody can see my PM's as quote on your messages. Regards
