The fee is certainly very high, I read somewhat same issue last month but the fee was later on refunded back to the users wallet. You can read it hereThat automatic transfer on Metamask cannot happen unless the user has set up the transfer, or if the wallet has got compromised. The chance of wallet getting compromised is very high. |

Suddenly i couldn't access the site it seems there is a problem to my connection it say's my connection are not safe any problem with this? I can't check to the site how it look like.
I guess the website has been reported to Google for malicious activity as I am also getting the same warning message that my network is not secure. I have tried accessing this website using Brave, Edge, and Chrome and all are giving me the same warning message. |

Google needs to step up their shit. I used to frequently crap at Apple for their App Store being super restrictive and for their OS being a "walled garden", but I've recently been advocating for the usage of iPhones for non-tech literate friends and family due to crap like this.
There is no doubt that the iPhone is far better security-wise than an android phone and the same is applicable to the store. I have been using both and found the iPhone far better in security. Almost all apps are payable and that is one of the reasons why people do not fiddle with apps store. Whereas on Google store every app is free and people would download anything just to check how it works. |

Srilanka have almost 11 international cricket ground although most of the times. Most of them are in Colombo, however they have some other popular outside colombo too like Hambantota, Pallekele, Dambula. I think they have more than enough ground. Why will BCCI hold IPL in Srilanka? The situation in India is pretty bad considering the number of cases getting reported daily. In such a situation IPL will be postponed but not played in a different country. Already Indians are boycotting Chinese products and BCCI is in the limelight for not removing the main sponsor of IPL which is a Chinese company and now if they conduct it outside India, things will go completely against them. Forget about IPL there are many big issues that INDIA is currently facing. This year it will not happen. |

I think except Newzealand every country is facing this problem. At first, it feels like the virus spread has been controlled and later on you realize it is far from being controlled. I am so much pissed with this CCP led China that I feel pity for those who reside in that country. This virus outbreak will not end and it will go on like this if we do not find a cure fast. |

How do the scam-alert.io collect, verify comments, tags from community before releasing final tags and comments on bitcoin addresses? Are you sure that they can make released tags, comments are real, and exact ones? I see FUDs behind tags and comments and there are something never good with FUDs. That is what is called a trade secret if they tell you how they do it then everyone will be able to create a website similar to them and their uniqueness will be lost. I am sure there is a team involved in finding such addresses it is not a single individual task. |

To me, the best way to see if you're on the right site is just by typing out the link or the Web domain and navigating through or pasting the extension after it...
This is the best way actually. If you knew the exact keywords either paste it on browser so it will directed to that particular site. Just avoid some sites which have some ads-related cause it can direct some of these to another page where phishing are probably waiting. But I commend you for your suggestion OP, some of other users are often got wrong links on the site their supposed to visit this could help for the likes of them. Sometimes your clip board might play games with you. You can never be certain if you have a malware already on you device. It is easy to get malware nowdays as scammers/spammers are continuously improving themselve. These simple and yet resourceful plugin can help you when you need them most. Thanks for sharing. I meant if I were needing an important link I'd type in the domain and then add the extension on. For example, if someone gave me a referral link to coinbase, I'd type coinbase.com/ and then copy and paste their extension? I don't think I can come under an attack from this (especially if you look at what you type too) that any plug in script could prevent... OH!! I guess you have not heard about clipboard hijacking. You can do whatever you want to but be carefull and always keep you eye when you are copying anything on your computer. There are many that these scammers can get you. I mean if you follow all the protocols but still you do not get a sale then do an antivirus check. |

It is a really great news, there is a cancerous movement that is going on where you can accuse someone and then get away with it and there will be a shadow of doubt on the minds of people because a minister said something because he might know something the rest of the world does not know and by opening an investigation this idiotic culture of accusing anyone without solid proof will be put to rest and if someone wants to accuse someone for popularity sake then they will think twice if there is a backlash for the lies.
Sadly, nothing is going to happen. Here in India, the liberal media brigade (Barkha Dutt, Rajdeep Sardesai, Shekhar Gupta, Siddharth Varadarajan.etc) have been convicted multiple times for publishing fake news. But the maximum punishment given by the court is public apology. So these guys would publish a two line apology in their media, and then return publishing even more fake news. I just hope that things are different in Sri Lanka. Why are you concerned about those journalist in a thread where we discuss about cricket. Whatever it is I would request the moderator to only allow queries related to cricket and delete those post which are not, please also remove/ ban those who are not talking about cricket. What exactly led to this discussion I am least bothered. But, we are not discussing anything else but cricket here. If we are unable to do so then we should remove members who divert from topic. |

The problem about right urls is about where we click to open the site. Is a bad practice to click in third party sites to open an important site like our mail or our wallet. The secure way is to save those sites on our bookmark on the navigator and always open them from the right source.
To verify each site we visit could be something complex, and not anyone will take the time for a double-check.
The problem is that we forget that we should not open a url sent to our email. We do open it and then we lose everything believing that we did right. These extension prohibit or recheck the url for us by notifying us whenever we open a new link or visit a url is visited. |

They do notify whenever you are on a particular url. You have to add them and try them, one or the other will do give you notification and sometimes if it does not then you know you have to check the url. I installed all of them on my chrome browser and tried it for a month and they worked fine at that time. The only problem is that you chrome browser will load slower when you start it for the first time.

There have been a lot of information lately in this thread related to spam websites or copy of original website. The thing is after so many posts reminding us to check the url we still do not check it. We believe we are opening a safe link, we only realise this issue when we lose money. To solve our laid back attitude Google chrome has provided us with few awesome extensions meant only for desktops. Here is the list of those. These extensions can be added to any chromium base web browsers like Brave, Microsoft edge and Opera. You can add any of the above three extensions and they will notify you whether the url you are visiting is correct or not. Try it yourself! |
